🔑 Feeling and honoring all your emotions without getting hooked by them is the key

When you speak this mantra aloud, how does it feel for your system? 💗 by @iamalysoncharles

I met the love of my life on this day in 2017.

It took me three years to realize what I had found.

Sometimes the greatest gifts are so unexpected that it takes time to unwrap them.

I could never have imagined a love this ancient and enduring.

Each day brings more depth and joy. Just when I think I’ve hit the threshold of love, another level is revealed.

What a blessing it is to walk the path with such a wise, powerful, and nurturing being.

I thank God every day for guiding me to her and for the special bond we share.

It took walking through many dark nights to find my way to this light.

Thank you for healing my heart, @iamalysoncharles. You’ve blessed my life in ways too numerous to count. by @iamalysoncharles

Wow. Talk about divine timing. I had the beautiful opportunity to meet with my friend @iamalysoncharles at my home today. I had no idea what to expect. I came in with an open mind and heart.

Truth is, I definitely had some hardening that needed softening and Alyson, being the guide that she is, helped me to reveal what my heart wants in this next chapter of my life.

God is truly working on our behalf in all the ways, and when we allow people in, we allow God to work through them. Thank you so much Alyson.

DM @iamalysoncharles "LOVE AUDIT" because this was truly a heart-opening experience. ❤️ 🙏🏽

My most ancient brother & best buddy @vanderjames ~ since you’ve made your passageway I’ve been trying to find the words to share. I’ll start by saying thank you to you & God, as reuniting with you this life as anam cara, soul friends, so profoundly altared me

I truly experience Earth different now that you’re not here in physical ~ your kindness, rare heart, presence, unpretentiousness while being so multi talented and masterful are one-of-kind

As I was soul chatting with you a few weeks ago on your birthday, I’ll share here: I’m so grateful we both had knowing of our very old connection. The way we did + still do have each other’s backs in the healthiest of ways truly mapped a friendship template for me

One built on a foundation of ancient wisdom that blossomed to beautiful & easeful safety & TRUST. Woven in was humor, honesty, freedom to flourish, care, kindness, seeing each other fully, championing one another’s gifts, honoring each other’s humanness, thoughtfulness, respect, clean energy, coherence, integrity, ease, grace, maturity

Friendship reciprocity & sovereignty in its most enjoyable & sacred

And what an honor you allowed me to witness & learn through your journey. You’re truly the bravest human

Knowing you, brought me into such a greater expanse of life, experiencing & knowing myself + upgraded me via many holiest of codes

I sure do miss you Jamesy! Yet I’m so honored to find a new type of dance with you again. I know I receive a richest treasure in having your support now on the other side

And to dearest @vanderkimberly I fully honor your love, exquisite mastery, motherhood. I’m just as in-awe of you. Thank you again for celebrating the friendship I have with James. It’s because it was given the ability to fully flourish, that I got to remember so deeply & receive the codes that have healed, empowered & changed me. Your upliftment of our friendships afforded me some top life moments I’ll forever cherish

To the entire Van Der Beek family~ deepest bows🙏🏽You are all truly incredible. Thank you for letting me be there. Thank you James~ you + friendship template + holy codes are immeasurable gifts of most joyful & sacred. by @iamalysoncharles

When the body is overextended and the soul goes unheard, clarity fades. Intuition dulls. Joy becomes conditional.

Because energy always leads the way, how safe, grounded, and regulated you feel first determines how fully your dream life can unfold.

Six years ago today, my life took a beautiful turn, that would change my life forever.

After our 3rd date-a peyote ceremony in the desert- this incredible woman and I became a couple.

It was a huge turning point in self-trust, growth, and love.

I’ll never forget that moment, or how truly blessed I am to call her my wife.

She’s one of a kind, in ways to numerous to count.

My wish is that everyone has the opportunity to share their lives with someone with whom they share a love that knows no bounds. by @iamalysoncharles

Comment "GRIEF LESSONS" below 👇 to watch the full conversation with Alyson Charles Storey.

A few weeks ago, my dad crossed over, and I’ve been learning—sometimes the hard way—what it really means to grieve. Grief isn’t linear, it doesn’t follow a schedule, and it sure as hell doesn’t wait until you’re “ready.” It’s a wave that crashes through you, whether you fight it or not. In this conversation, I sit down with my love, Alyson (@iamalysoncharles), who has been my rock through it all, to unpack what this process has felt like in real time.

We talk about the unexpected ways grief shows up, how Western culture has lost its connection to death, and what I’m doing to honor my dad’s life while learning how to live without him here. This isn’t just about loss—it’s about love, surrender, and the wisdom we gain when we let ourselves feel it all.

Comment "LIVING PRAYER" below 👇 to watch the full conversation with Alyson Charles Storey.

My wife Alyson (@iamalysoncharles) is back, and we’re diving deep into the power of prayer and how our devotional practice has shaped our lives. 🙏

We talk about how prayer isn’t just a ritual, but a way of moving through life with intention. I share how surrendering in prayer helped me rebuild my life during my sobriety journey, and Alyson offers wisdom on embracing humility, asking for help, and letting go of pride.

Prayer doesn’t have to be tied to religion—it’s about finding gratitude, clarity, and love in each moment. Whether it’s navigating life’s challenges or turning the DMV into a sacred space, prayer can shift your perspective in powerful ways.

Plus, we’re celebrating our five-year anniversary, prepping for our long-overdue wedding, and finally getting those wedding bands! If you’re ready to rethink the role of prayer in your life, this one’s for you.
