Week 2+ of Newfoundland. Incredible views, amazing hikes, and quite favorable weather! Most of this beauty just leaves you at a loss for words honestly. One big hope was to see Puffins, which.. we did!! That was a real highlight for sure.

This brought my (just over 2 week) trip with my Mom to a close. We met up with Dad who was in St. John’s, and they continued together, while I went my own way (we did meet up again once or twice before they flew home though!)
It’s a real blessing to be able to go on such a trip with your parents, see so much of the beautiful country and create many memories. I count myself very lucky to have parents that are wanting and able to join on these adventures. It sure won’t be the last :) taken in Elliston, Newfoundland & Labrador by @iamanak

Week 2 (ish) of Newfoundland! - This was a beautiful one, getting to actually see what this beautiful province has to offer! In between some rainy days, the views did not disappoint. Started going up the west side, stopping in Gros Morne, then continuing around to Twillingate, Fogo Island, then to Terra Nova National Park. Many beautiful drives, hikes, and random stops :) by @iamanak

Newfoundland - I’d say the adventure is off to a great start! Despite the rain, it’s been incredible so far.

Rondeau, Komoka, John E. Pearce Provincial Parks (Lake Erie Coast Part 1)

Another recent trip I took went to almost all the provincial parks along the Lake Erie coast. These first few on stops showed me some great campgrounds, but also some unexpectedly amazing gem day parks! 🚗🏕️ MacGregor Point, Sauble Falls, and Inverhuron Provincial Parks.
Fun little camping trip up to these 3 parks was great! The weather turned around from the forecast to be absolutely beautiful, managed to get a few hikes in, some biking, and some swimming! A lovely area to explore!

November (and end of October) was about trying to get as many hikes in before the snow flew. I also wanted to try new trails I hadn’t been on, so when I’d see a place in random posts, I’d find it on Google maps, and head out! It was rewarding and so fun to see different spots!
