Snuck into the biggest convenience store convention in the world. (Just kidding.)

Flew into Vegas, rode in a Zoox straight from the airport, and had calls going before I even got into my room. Then I made it onto the show floor, and it’s exactly as wild as it sounds. Everything you can think of in a convenience store, all in one place.

Still working the whole trip, but a change of scenery always hits different.

Over 100 events in 90 days for one client. And another series of up to 53 events in 30 days is just getting started.

That's why I've been quiet here. Sometimes the hardest part is picking up the camera and pressing record.

The past few months have been a rollercoaster. Some people let me down. Others went above and beyond in ways I'll never forget. And these two months have been our biggest profit months of the year, making up for a slower spring and summer.

Now it's about finishing strong, then stepping into 2027 with more retainer work and events booked out further.

Some days are better than others. The sun still comes up. Keep after it.

I wake up every morning to a full breakdown of my business, and I didn't write any of it.

Financials, marketing, operations, pipeline. A Slack message waiting for me with a 10,000 foot view of everything going on.

I call it my AI C-suite. I don't put a ton of stake in it, and I'm not letting it make decisions for me. But when you're the one running sales and ops, you get too close to your own business. Having a third party opinion point out the stuff you're not seeing has been worth it.

If you're not using AI yet, get out in front of it. It's not going the other direction.
