My legs almost failed me, but we don’t quit over here! My left knee was hurting, but I kept going regardless… A day before the race I had to rethink my life decision 😂 (but na who give up fuck up o)

Nobody cares about your pace.
And that’s the most important lesson every runner must learn early.
When you stop running for validation, you start running with intention.
Most people quit running because they think they’re too slow.
But pace was never the foundation, consistency was.

Your first goal isn’t speed.
It’s endurance.
It’s showing up.
It’s teaching your body and mind how to stay when discomfort begins.
Speed comes later.
Confidence comes later.
Progress comes later.

But first, you build the habit of finishing.

Ran 10km at the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon @lagoscitymarathon today.
Not to prove anything to anyone but to reinforce discipline within myself.

At the Lagos Street Art Festival, the Design Thinking session by the @mofe_ade felt less like a workshop and more like a documentary moment, ideas being exchanged, perspectives challenged, and creativity treated with intention.

No rush. No noise.
