My trainer @effectfitness had one word that he refused to let me forget: Consistency. He yelled it on the days I wanted to quit, on the days I doubted myself, and on the days I didn’t think I had anything left to give. At the time, it felt like just another word. Today, I realize it became my lifestyle.

To anyone who feels like giving up, don’t. Keep showing up. Trust the process. Stay consistent. One day you’ll look back at your ‘before’ picture and realize it was never about losing weight—it was about finding the strongest version of yourself.” 💪🏾❤️

Thank you Dooley 🤗

I met @kelvinmsmith06 at The Villages at Carver YMCA.
When I was an instructor, he was a regular attendee in my class. He always showed up with positive energy, encouraging words, and a willingness to put in the work. His energy was truly unmatched, and his presence will never be forgotten. 🕊️💔

To his family, please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. May God bring you comfort, strength, and peace as you navigate this loss. 🙏🏽❤️

May he rest peacefully. Gone but never forgotten. 🕊️🤍 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @iambellarific
