Mental health isn’t linear. It’s okay to still struggle after 10 years. It’s okay not to be okay even after months of experiencing good days. It’s okay to wear your mental health struggles, not as a label or identity, but as a reminder of what you’ve been able to overcome - and are capable of continuing to overcome. 🕊️
