these apple cream cheese danishes are flaky, buttery, sweet, and full of cinnamon-spiced apples with a creamy cheesecake-like filling. and that vanilla drizzle? yeah, don’t skip it. adding these to the fall dessert menu EVERY year!

🍎 apple cream cheese danishes

for the fried apples
apples, peeled and diced
butter
vanilla extract
cinnamon
allspice

for the danishes
puff pastry squares
cream cheese, softened
sugar
vanilla bean paste
apple pie spice
1 egg, for egg wash

for the drizzle
confectioners’ sugar
vanilla bean paste
heavy whipping cream

instructions

1. brown the butter in a pan, then add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and allspice. toss in the apples and cook until tender and coated in all that goodness.

2. mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla bean paste until smooth.

3. add a scoop of the cream cheese mixture to each puff pastry square and spread it out, leaving room around the edges.

4. sprinkle with apple pie spice and top with your fried apples.

5. brush the edges with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

6. mix confectioners’ sugar, vanilla bean paste, and a little heavy whipping cream until you get your desired drizzle consistency.

7. drizzle over the warm danishes and try not to eat them all in one sitting.

save this recipe for your next fall baking day, and tell me in the comments: what’s one thing you HAVE to make every fall?

my first yap video and of course it would be about flexibility at work 😅

let this be a reminder that the right workplace can make room for your career and your life.

especially as a mom, don’t just look for a company that says it values flexibility—pay attention to the leader you’ll be working for, too. trust, autonomy, and having a life outside of work matter.

if you’re in a season of wanting more for yourself, don’t convince yourself it doesn’t exist. it’s out there. it’s available. and it’s okay to want it. 🤎

these plant-based burgers had NO business being this good 🤭

honestly, probably some of the best i’ve ever made. the caramelized onions, homemade burger sauce + a toasted sesame bun really took these over the top.

for the burgers:
impossible patties (thawed for reshaping)
melted garlic and herb butter
worcestershire sauce
burger seasoning

burger toppings:
shredded smoked cheddar cheese
tomatoes
caramelized onions

burger sauce:
mayo
mustard
ketchup
smoked paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
pickle juice

fries:
russet potatoes
salt + pepper
vegetable oil

i’m all about easy meals that actually taste good. save this for your next burger night & follow for more easy recipes! 🤎
