Sunday self care went a little something like this! Idk maybe I’m starting a new self care ritual but I truly enjoyed myself. No Xae, no family, no responsibilities, or phone ringing with interruptions, just for a moment in time! Stillness and peace felt so good for the first time in a LONG time!
