When I say your words are powerful I mean all of that! What many FB friends thought was a ‘delusional’ post in 2016, manifested itself into reality 10years later in the shape of @luxewellpilates.

The only thing I’d tell young Britt is to stay “delusional”, aim for more money, & that we’re still working on the catered lunches.

It’s not oversaturated when you’re in your own lane 💁🏽‍♀️

Built Luxewell exactly how I wanted it; small groups, a real method, filled with the right people.

Clearly I wasn’t the only one looking for that!

I loved my wedding gown so much & had planned to keep it on the whole day. 🪽
But while doing some very last minute shopping I saw the color of the dress through the stores window and went to take a peek thinking I’d see something to wear at some point during the wedding festivities.

Got in the fitting room and was like “ah ah ah, this will make a perfect reception dress”!

And just like that I went from not having a second look to this dress being a whole moment. by @iambrittneystar

I don’t pull up a chair everywhere, but it was a delight having ‘A Seat at The Table’. by @iambrittneystar

Crazy how fast things move in the desired direction once I implemented a “no side quests” rule for myself. This is the first time that I don’t have fifty’leven projects swirling at one time. by @iambrittneystar

Two years ago, I became a certified Pilates instructor.

Six months ago, I started @luxewellpilates - hosting group Pilates sessions from a rented multipurpose space every Saturday.

For the last few months, my car has been a literal definition of “Porsche & Pilates.” Every weekend I’d load it up with mats, rings, and weights because I never wanted clients to pay for class and also have to bring their own equipment.

Now, Fall 2026 marks the beginning of something new.

My next step: Building the studio.

Your next step: Claiming your spot before the doors open.

Life is short, book the once in a lifetime vacation… every time!

Ironic how my desire for an energy drink has been none existent in Europe.

💛🧡 A halter / high neck dress hates to see me coming.

Waistline is fighting for its life… I ate the pasta anyway.

Pulling the hair up was definitely the best decision for this look. 👱🏾‍♀️ taken in Saint-Tropez, France by @iambrittneystar

All I bring to the table is cake and espresso martinis. 🍸🍰

Also, remind me to tell y’all how I found this dress two days before my wedding and decided it had to be my second look. by @iambrittneystar
