When I say I need a girls trip…

I mean I need space to unravel without being watched.

I mean softness without explanation.

I mean remembering who I am outside of my roles.

• barefoot mornings
• deep belly laughs
• tears that don’t need explaining
• nervous systems finally exhaling
• conversations that change the direction of your year

I mean women who are done performing and ready to actually feel.

There will truly never be another Dolly.

I can’t wait to go back to my parents’ house and pull out my Dolly doll that she signed for me back in the day and keep that little piece of magic beautiful forever. 🥹

Dolly was such an inspiration to me growing up. Coming from poverty and watching this tiny little woman from Tennessee build an extraordinary life, become wildly successful, and then use her wealth, influence, and heart to change the world…

That shit matters to me.

She showed me that you can become rich without losing your roots. That you can be wildly successful and still be generous. That you can have a huge aura and an even bigger heart. That you can build an empire AND give so much of it back. 💕

And maybe that’s why her passing feels a little extra tender.

Because women like Dolly don’t just entertain us.

They show us what’s possible.

So I’m officially entering my What Would Dolly Do? era. 😂💅🏼

More kindness.
More generosity.
More big dreams.
More glitter.
More giving back.
More staying rooted in who the fuck you are while you become everything you’re meant to be.

my oldest turned 10 on August 22 🥹

so of course I logged off for a week to be fully present, celebrate my baby, and have my little emotional crisis in peace. 😂🤎

and yes, I’m still being emo over here. 😭😂

my kids are my everything. Watching them grow while knowing their brother is watching over us in the spirit realm makes it all feel like such a bittersweet blessing. 💙

You don’t have to make yourself smaller, safer, or more palatable to receive the life you actually want.

Your nervous system is allowed to learn that desire ≠ danger.

You can want it.
You can go for it.
You can let it be good.
You can let it be sweet as honey. 🍯

Sometimes we spend years waiting to feel “ready.”
Ready enough. Healed enough. Confident enough. Certain enough.
But what if the healing you’ve been asking for isn’t waiting on the other side of readiness...
What if it’s waiting on the other side of the leap?

Sometimes our nervous system doesn’t learn safety by staying comfortable.
Sometimes it learns safety because we lovingly show it:
✨ I can be seen. ✨ I can take the chance. ✨ I can say yes. ✨ I can begin again.

A veces pasamos años esperando sentirnos “listas.”
Lo suficientemente sanas. Lo suficientemente seguras. Lo suficientemente preparadas.
Pero… ¿y si la sanación que tanto has esperado no está antes del salto?
¿Y si te está esperando al otro lado?
