Almost been two months since the most magical day celebrating our love, with the most special group of family and friends ✨

Such a whirlwind of a day, swayed from moment to moment, taken up in the pure joy of it, truly present and at peace.

My fave parts:
the morning with my girls, filled with immeasurable support, fun, laughter.. I could not be more lucky to have the five most wonderful bridesmaids and best friends a girl could ask for.

the aisle with dad: what a precious moment; i will never forget that feeling. Clutching onto the arm of the first man who loved me, and looking ahead at the last man to love me. Not to mention the most angelic singing voices of Sisilina & Agnes to Lady Love; what a dream.

our vows: the most profound words exchanged. Knowing we meant each and every one with all our hearts.

the dance floor: can I have a yes and amen to the best d floor ever.

God’s presence: abundance.

2nd marathon in 4 months, and first world major marathon with an 11min pb! Official time was 1 min more coz I needed that peepee stop thank the lord it was an in and out type situation.
But honestly I’m SO proud of myself - I only gave God to thank and the prayers by my amazing family and friends who actively asked God to get me through each km as I ran.. knowing the issues I have with my gut. The fact I made this through without having to pause for 10-15 mins to use the toilet like Adelaide was a miracle.
Overall was such a vibe and I loved every second, except the the wall I hit at 35km which I think cost me my 3:50 wish!! Maybe next time 🙏🏾🥰 #sydneymarathon2026 #tcssydneymarathon taken in Sydney, Australia by @iamceliarose

Running long distance on my own is my worship to the Lord. It’s extremely spiritual. The sun is rising. The silence penetrates. Jesus pokes through every tree, reminding me of His glorious creation. When I turn on the music, joyous prayers and celebrations to God brings me to tears. My heart beats but not too much, and His breath fills my lungs with every stride.
When the hills confront me, when my stomach starts to disagree, when my legs become heavy, I rip that end off the gel and thank the Lord that I made it this far. The journey to the marathon is hard, it’s gruelling, it’s sacrificial, it’s humbling, it’s regimented, it’s unpredictable, and I respect it immensely. So as long as I am moving, let every breath I have praise the Lord. Nothing makes me feel more alive than this. #sydney2026 taken in Linear Park Trail by @iamceliarose

Tokyo in 20 moments;
filled with crowds and commutes. the influx of tourists since 2016 has wreaked havoc on my heart. I yearned for that pre social media authenticity; a rich and deep culture interfered by scrambling ‘Influencers’ all doing the sameee thing. sigh.
that friendly quietness amongst the chaos of the day just wasn’t present like it used to be.
consumerism peaking like never before (can’t pretend like I didn’t fall for that trap “I need those millions of souvenirs, im not in donki am I doing Japan wrong?” type voice in my head.
maybe I’m different too, ofc travelling with kids is different to solo. I am glad to say I have a huge understanding of both contexts; and I would never give this up just coz it’s hard! The joyful moments made up for all the challenges in every way. 🥹🥰 we had so much fun, Disney in the rain, watching trains through our window into the late hours of the night, taking photos of everything kawaii, getting excited over vending machines and games, cuddling piggies, taking long toddler breaks on rooftops, and our favourite- having to let Z walk through Tokyo station commute pulling his suitcase coz he’s a “big boy” 🥰🥹 taken in Tokyo, Japan by @iamceliarose
