Round my tiny little corner of the Internet, it's all about bigging yourself up, and bigging each other up.
These sides are for the women who feel stuck, need reminding who they hell they are, know there's more (and that they were made for more), and need to hear some direct truths so they go and 'do the damn thing!'

Hiya, I'm Charl, Mum of 4, lover of the gym (although its been a while 😬), absolute travel addict, and (something ive realised more recently) ambitious af, absolutely will not settle for mediocre - and I don't want any of you too either (unless thats what you want ofc)

I became a Mum at 20yrs old and it was then my corporate career began. Putting my daughter in full time nursery from the age of 9m, and continuing the cycle, with each of my 3 children (just because that was the only way to pay bills, mortgage and afford life. Until I had my 4th and it was just completely unsustainable.

So, I started a traditional fitness businesses. And I absolutely loved it ❤️. I got to help postpartum Mums, exercise, and do something for themselves. Even if it was just for an hour and meant negotiating holding a baby or toddler in the process 😆💪🏾.
It gave me the flexibility, to be around more for the kids which I wanted so bad in my corporate job, but the reality was it didnt make alot of money, and if I had to have time off I didnt make any money.

I needed something I never knew existed yet.

Fast forward to 2024, I was approached by a woman who ran the toddler sensory class I took my youngest son too.
Everytime I was on holiday that year, she'd slide into my DMs and say "You do know you can be earning money from all of those holidays you're going on dont you?"

1, No I didn't
2, I thought - what in the scam is going on here 😂
And I brushed it off.

After the 4th time we went away that year and she was still dropping in I decided to have a look at what this was.

A year deep into my Network Marketing Business, so I thought id do a little a new little intro post!

Well what a year its been!
From entering a completely new industry, and deciding to build a business.
Meeting some of the most amazing people
Expanding my vision far beyond that, which I've ever believed was possible
Getting in the right rooms, and around the people I need to be around
Proudly guiding a team of 15, from the front.

And this is just the beginning! We are literally only just getting started here ✨️

We have the best product in this industry and every single person on my feed uses it.

Woooo its getting serious 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I’m Charl. Mum of four. Builder. Dreamer. Realist.
And I got tired of being told that this was just how life goes.
That you work for decades.
That you’re “lucky” if you retire in your 60s or 70s.
That motherhood means shrinking your ambition.
That someone else gets most of your time while your kids grow up.
I looked around and realised something uncomfortable: Being sensible, keeping your head down, and doing what you’re “supposed to do”
doesn’t equal freedom.
It equals burnout, stress, and waiting.
So I chose different.
I believe women shouldn’t still be grinding at 70 if they don’t want to be.
I believe mums should have the option to raise their children — not feel forced to outsource their lives just to survive.
I believe time is the real currency… and most of us are spending it on someone else’s dream.
Am I finished? No.
Am I perfect? Absolutely not.
Am I building messy, publicly, and with conviction? 100%.
This page isn’t about overnight success or “look at me” wins.
It’s about what’s possible when you stop waiting for permission and start backing yourself.
If you’re a woman who knows deep down she was meant for more than just coping…
If you’re a mum who wants income and presence…
If you’re done watching other people build the life you want…
You’re in the right place.
I’m not here to convince you.
I’m here to show you another way exists.

One thing I will NEVER stop being grateful for is the women I get to do this journey with. ❤️‍🔥

My circle may be small, but you best believe every single woman in it is an absolute fucking POWERHOUSE. 👑🔥

Different personalities.
Different stories.
Different journeys.

But one thing in common?

Women who refuse to play small, settle for average, or wait for permission to build the life they want.

I see the ambition. I see the drive. I see the growth. And I see what happens when women genuinely support each other, celebrate each other's wins and refuse to let each other settle for less than they're capable of.

We challenge each other. We lift each other. We grow together. And we're building something bigger than any one of us could build alone.

These aren't just women in our team. They're women with fire in their bellies, big ambitions and the courage to create a different future for themselves.

And honestly? I'm so fucking proud to be building alongside them. 🫶

And we're only getting started. 🚀

Sometimes I wonder how many women are out there who have that same fire in them but haven't quite found their people yet.

The ones who know they're capable of more, who think differently, dream bigger and just need the right environment to see what's possible.

Respectfully, how long are we going to keep telling ourselves one day? 🤔

🤷🏾‍♀️ One day when the kids are older.
🤷🏾‍♀️ One day when we've got more money.
🤷🏾‍♀️ One day when we feel ready.

Meanwhile, life is happening RIGHT NOW.

I'm not saying everyone needs to start a business or completely change their life. But I am saying you deserve to explore what you want, too.

Motherhood didn't cancel my ambition. And it doesn't have to cancel yours.

This has sat on my phone for 2 days. I didn't know whether to share.
Didn't want to be that person posting for likes, especially on a subject like this.

Yesterday was world mental health day. And this year it's been a prominent one.

10 years ago in September, I was diagnosed with depression and psychosis. And I lived one of the darkest times in my life. So dark that there was only one way out.

The heaviness and mental pain I felt in my head I couldn't make lighter I couldn't remove it, or get away from it and every single day I woke up this way I just wanted it to end.

Honestly I don't know when it started, I just know there became a point when I didn't feel like I was me, couldn't hold it together any longer.
And it was like I was watching myself from the outside, I disassociated from life as I knew it all together.

I never really go deep into my experience, the important thing is I made it through, and im sharing this because I know how dark it gets.
But you have to go through the darkness, and you have to understand its not meant to end there.
You have to keep going.

The burden isnt you, it's the darkness and you have to break it for it to stop.
Share it, talk about it, take the medication, do something about it!

Over the past 10years I've rebuilt myself from the ground up, the woman you see now hasn't always been me.
Mental illness hasn't just disappeared, I have just learned how to manage, and live with it.

So please if you feel like its the end or even like you cant get out the darkness. You can you just have to stay, and do the things even if they dont feel like they are working.
They are, at least until you can anyway. by @iamcharllene

I could never live with myself knowing I had was offered an opportunity to make life financially easier and I shyed away from it incase someone said 'No' to me.

This business isn't for everyone, it just isnt, and thats ok. But for me, kids getting older they become more expensive, life itself was costing more just to live, and to have to 'cut back' or start having to say 'No' to experiences just isn't an option.

If I can make these experienced a little more affordable, or leverage off the travel that people are spending money on them I'm gonna give it a damn good go.

Because if an opportunity is available to me to build something where im not left wondering how mamy experiences we could of had, why would I let the word 'No' scare me?
I'd be more scared of knowing I could of but never did.
