A year ago today marked the day that changed my life forever. I said Yes on the steps of a beautiful location in Marbella.

As I look back at our wedding photos today, my heart is just so full of gratitude. I’m so grateful for God’s faithfulness and for all He’s done over the past year. Looking back, I can see His hand in every step of the journey.

Chris, thank you for asking me to be your wife. Marrying you has been one of the greatest gifts, and I’d say yes a thousand times over.

The biggest risk in life is not taking any risk at all…

Six months ago, after many years of being just great friends, I took the risk of telling @navi_aulkh how I really felt about her, with absolutely no idea how she felt in return.

We’ve known each other for a very long time, we’ve worked on a ton of projects together, done ministry work together… but something shifted this year.

And over the past six months, it’s been an incredible journey of honesty, healing, laughter, prayer, patience and coffee. Tons of coffee.

Last weekend, I took another risk of travelling over 1000 miles to surprise Navi while she was on holiday in Spain with her sisters; and I asked her to marry me…

She said yes.

I have never been more thankful, more certain, or more in awe of what God can restore when I just trust.

And I’m incredibly excited for the adventure ahead. by @iamchrisgreen

He was my best friend first… now he’s my fiancé 🤍

Fifteen years of friendship that slowly and beautifully blossomed into love. I honestly don’t have the words - I’m just so overwhelmed with gratefulness for this incredible man in my life.

Six months ago, we began the journey of exploring whether a friendship could be more… and here we are!

@iamchrisgreen you are the most patient, kind-hearted, God-loving man - and I still can’t believe I get to call you mine. Yes, I said yes to marrying my best friend 💍

Only he would fly out to Marbella just to surprise me and propose in the most breathtaking place. I was completely taken by surprise - and I still haven’t stopped smiling. It’s more than I ever prayed for. I’m so blessed. Beyond words.

And yes… I’m looking forward to going Green 💚 taken in Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavis Marbella Resort by @iamchrisgreen
