So I’ve been on this Daniel Fast journey and every January I’ve challenged myself naturally and spiritually (15th year). I pigged down in December to analyze my body and weighed out the difference in January. In December, I was so tired and lazy didn’t want to do much! Now, I feel so energized and my body feels so much better! Not only do I feel great, but I feel more connected to God by giving HIM my FIRST this year! I went from 236 down to 212 in a matter of 20 days! To a God-fearing man who was never afraid to put God before his family, because he knew that the greatest way to lead his family was to ALWAYS lead with GOD FIRST.
Posting this today, knowing that you’re no longer here with us in the natural, is definitely hitting different this year. But knowing that you’re now in the very place you always desired and longed to be gives me a peace that truly surpasses all understanding.
To this day, I have never asked God, “WHY MY POPS?” Instead, I continue to tell Him, “God, I THANK YOU... and You are STILL a GOOD GOD.”
Today is your birthday, Pops.
And with that being said, sweep a little of that Jesus + Gregory love down on us. We’re going to need it from time to time.
Continue rejoicing in Heaven. Continue worshiping.
Continue enjoying the presence of the One you spent your life putting FIRST.
We’ll be just fine down here.

THIS deserved a post all by itself because these incredible people showed up for me in a way I will never forget. They traveled across the ocean as complete strangers to one another, but left as family with bonds that will last a lifetime.

One of the greatest blessings in life is having friends who surround you with love, laughter, peace, loyalty, and genuine support. That kind of friendship is priceless, and I never take it for granted.

I also thank God for the friends who truly wanted to be here but were unable to make the trip. Your love and support were felt from afar.

To every single one of you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all, and I will cherish these memories forever. And of course, my siblings (Shunta, Jena, and Daph). THIS IS MY ⭕️ by @iamchub

#DANIEL21 Officially completed the Daniel 21 Fast this year and released 16 pounds along the way. lol While it may not have been my biggest loss, the renewal was everything. I feel refreshed, reset, and realigned (mind, body, and spirit). This fast helped me refocus on healthier habits, set intentional goals for the year, and quiet myself enough to let God lead me with clarity for 2026. I’m deeply grateful for the sacrifice, the discipline, and the growth that came with it.
