A share to your stories always goes along away ❤️🎥…

Its easy to feel like your on your own in a world full of people when your struggling to express how you feel. We wanted to try to capture the everyday loneliness so many people experience when they are struggling to reach out.

@brawmedia @kamzain12 and myself are very proud to show you our work 🎥🤟❤️

This sport saved my life
I got into it to keep me on the right path
I let a lot of people down
I wasn’t the best person to be around at time
I hope the people that saw my downfalls, say I have redeemed myself and made you proud
I want to thank all of my opponents over the years for the black eyes, bruised bones, blood. Sweat and tears because I couldn’t of done it with you guys 🫡
All I want to do now is give back to this great sport, my club, the team and my coach that helped changed my path in life 👊❤️
Big shout out to the clubs :

If I could give one single bit of advice to anyone, “don’t give up on yourself” we are all stronger than we could ever hope to realise.
Trust in the people around you because they too are just as strong and will help raise you up when the burdens of life becomes to heavy 👊

Everyone sees the win, everyone loves the glory but only a few people see the relentless effort it takes to get there, the 5am runs in the cold, the hours on the heavy bag, the hours of endless sparring, the injuries, the blood, the sweat, the tears and the sacrifice. One day il look back at these moments with my kids and hopefully Iv made them proud 🥲

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” — Confucius

3 years ago I was in all sorts of a mess no direction, drinking a lot, partying hard, burning the candle at both ends, neglecting myself and my relationships with people close to me, then I had my first daughter and knew I had to make a drastic change. I got sober and replaced the partying with Thai boxing and here we are fighting on @prettykillerpresents for the 3rd time and coming back home with the win !
A big thank you to everyone who has supported me on this mad journey so far !
Big thanks to @notorious.t.v !
Big thank you @wildcard_gym & @nuneatoncombatandexercise
Big thank you to my coach @neilauwkit
Big thank you to all the lads that have helped me along the way @harvey_nick0ls @logan_cheesman1 @zack.yeomans @mason_tuitt @mark_beale_new @leahburgess_pt and everyone at the club !

Respect and honour to my opponent he bought the 🔥 I think that’s the hardest Iv ever been hit tbh 😂

Time for a rest but il be back next year to win an amateur title ! X

“A fool prays for an easier road, a wise man prays for stronger legs “

Half way through the fight camp for this fight I was struck down with pneumonia. Couldn’t train, just rested up. I could have just gave up and said I couldn’t do it, but I’m not about that life, whether it was the right decision or not is up for debate.
I have two little daughters who will one day be grown up and I want to show them that no matter how hard it is, no matter how long the journey or how high the mountain is to climb.. anything is possible with little bit of grit, determination and fearlessness ❤️.

Big thanks to @leapfrogcombatmedia for the incredible footage of mine and @brody_.03 fight back in March 🔥

Death is not the greatest loss in life.
The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we’re still alive.
Doing things that scare the shit outta me makes me feel so alive 👊
