These past few months have been huge for me!! And I am so so grateful.

Since June I have been part of nineteen different events including festivals, conferences, private sound baths, and sacred ceremonies. I also had the privilege of closing one of our big summer festivals which was a moment I will never forget.

My life is completely dedicated to music. This is what I live and breathe every single day. Bringing music into people’s lives and offering healing through sound is everything to me. New and exciting doors keep opening and bigger collaborations in the music world are happening that I never would have thought possible a year ago.

I’m truly genuinely grateful for every opportunity, every person who has supported me, and every step that continues to unfold.

If you want to collaborate with me, reach out for 2026 bookings. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @iamcolibria

Six years ago, I said YES to hosting retreats. I had no idea how profoundly that decision would transform my life and the lives of so many others.

But here’s what I’ve come to understand…

It’s not about the yoga, the breathwork, the sound journeys, cacao or the ceremonies.

It’s about the transformation that happens when all of these disciplines and elements come together.

There is something incredibly powerful about the land and the frequencies here in Portugal…

The warmth of the sun on your skin.
The ancient wisdom of the land.
The rocks, the ocean, the sand beneath your feet.
The nourishment of fresh food.
The people you meet.
The vibration, the frequency, the music, the laughter and the moments of silence.
The practices that reconnect you with yourself.
The excursions that take you beyond the ordinary.

Every element plays a part.

Because a retreat isn’t simply somewhere you go. It’s something you carry home with you. 🤍

✨ And now, I’m bringing these experiences to Portugal.

Whether you’re dreaming of joining a transformational retreat or bringing your own community here, I’m creating the space for both.

Ready to experience the magic of Portugal?
I have been coming here for twenty years now and am grateful to call it home.

DM me and let’s make it happen. 🤍

What makes you happy? 🤍

For me, happiness is found in creating, connecting, bringing people together, sharing music, and experiencing life to its fullest.

Music has taken me around the world, introduced me to incredible people, and opened doors I never could have imagined.

And somehow, I know this is just the beginning.

I’d love to know, what makes YOU happy? 🤍

Have you ever experienced a sound bath?

It’s simple. Lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and receive the sound, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body and gently guide you into a state of deep rest.

Through voice, crystal bowls and live instruments, I create layers of sound that invite you to slow down, soften and settle into stillness.

After years of creating sound experiences around the world, I’m so happy to now be offering them here in the Algarve. 🌊🤍

Available for yoga studios, retreats, hotels, private groups and corporate wellness experiences.

Ever since experiencing @icaros.festival, many of my views on music have changed.

I’m mainly left with this feeling of wanting to surround myself with medicine music. 🤎 I felt so much healing being surrounded by medicine music from dawn until dusk.

Since leaving the festival, I learnt many medicines songs and dove more deeply into my own medicine music. This has been such a beautiful journey these past few weeks.

Thank you to those who are following along.
Thank you to those who have been with me for so long.
And thank you for your conscious support.

So much love to everyone. 🤍🪶

Retreats in the Algarve, Portugal 🇵🇹 ☀️
February through June 2027.

Maybe Portugal has been calling you for a reason. 🌊

To slow down.
To breathe deeper.
To step away from the noise.
To reconnect with your body, your voice, your heart and the parts of yourself that have been waiting for space.

From February through June, I’ll be creating unforgettable retreat experiences here in the Algarve, rooted in nature, connection, movement, sound, ceremony and deep rest.

I’ve been coming to Portugal for 20 years and know some of the Algarve’s most incredible places, people and experiences. I know my way around, can communicate in Portuguese, and have the local connections to create experiences that go far beyond the typical tourist path.

Try something different this year.
Say yes to something new.
Come for the adventure of a lifetime.
Come for a transformative experience.

Ocean. Cliffs. Sun. Wild spaces. Exceptional food. Beautiful places. Carefully selected facilitators and experiences. And room to simply be.

Whether you’re looking to join a retreat, come with a small group, or bring your own community to Portugal, I’m here on the ground in the Algarve creating experiences that are carefully curated from beginning to end.

Come to the Algarve. 🤍🌊🩵

Our mornings really do set the tone for the rest of the day.

There is such a deep fulfilment in the being when we give ourselves genuine self love.

Self love looks different for every person, but whatever you do, love yourself hard!!

I know that my heart has shone so differently since I really started showing up for myself.

I wake up every day excited to do these disciplines, and my prayer and hope is that one day you will too. 🤍 by @iamcolibria
