There's a time you're not earning but you're learning

There's a time you're loosing but you're learning

There's a time you're learning and you're earning

There's a time you're done learning and you're basically executing and earning

life is in phases, know what phase you're on and follow through.....

Trading is a reflection of who you are!.

you washed your clothes, spread them outside for the sun to dry it for you and then just 15 mins after you did spread those clothes, the bright sky became a bit cloudy and you thought within you:

"should I leave it or pack them inside?". just so the rain doesn't add to the wetness of the clothes, obviously which is safe (according to you) .

Then you decided to pack it in seeing few drops from the sky and thundering sounds . you say " it's gonna rain" . you're in with the clothes, watching that series movies 7 mins later, the sun brightens with a clear sky than before.

Now you're upset you have to go through the stress of spreading those. clothes again.

why'd you close that trade while it's was merely a retracement? now price has moved without you because you exited on panic!..

At some point it'll require that you dismantle everything and start laying brick by brick again and say

"This shit just gotta work!"

That's the refining stage..... you're almost there, keep working..

PRICE ACTION PSYCHOLOGY 101;

To interpret price action (candlesticks) better, you need to see & know where price is coming from, that way your bias on probable price next move can be ascertained..

Ps: Save for later, you may not see it again.

I'll tell you 2 of the psychological technicalities of these 2 for free.

1. when price gets to the support or resistance level, you don't do anything.you simply wait on your hands.

why?

That's where you form your bias on what price wants to do next.would it continue to rally or is gonna crash ?

2. when price is heading to a support or resistance zone newly (fresh. i.e it hasn't touched that level before) psychologically, expect a reaction there technically.

There are 80% prospects that price would react there. and if I doesn't , breaks it and continues to rally or crash (depends on where price is coming from) you let go, that's just 20% . remember you can't control price.

I learnt these the hard way.
This should help you a great deal
