With the weight of the world on my shoulders my entire life, there’s nothing worth living for more than my children. No amount of money or accolades will trump these two blessings GOD gave me. They are the reason i am still here. My son just graduated high school whom i’m so proud of and my daughter going to the 4th grade! I was 19 years old when my son was born & now he’s about to be 18 in 2 months 😳….time flies !!!! My princess just turned 9 and it seems like just yesterday she was running around screaming “da da da” 🥲❤️…….Lord knows i wish a lot of things were different but i am grateful & blessed nonetheless. #fatherdaughter #fatherson #family #fyp by @iamdelorean

3 years ago i loss 40 pounds after my ex and i broke up. I was depressed, broken, suicidal and didn’t love myself. That was the hardest time of my life for sure. Although it was the hardest, it was also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life because i finally learned to love myself again. I learned how much grace I deserved to give myself. I learned how strong I am.

Now 3 years later, i’m a solid 190…..making 7 figures again, rebuilt my businesses, got a big ass house, eating healthier, locked on my mental health, completely debt free and moving forward with peace.

No matter what you’re going through or have gone through, there’s light at the end of every tunnel. 🙏🏾💯 by @iamdelorean

People always talk about the friend who cries for help, but not enough people pay attention to the one who suffers in silence. The “strong friend” is usually the person everyone depends on the one giving advice, making people laugh, solving problems, showing up for everybody else, and carrying pain without ever letting it show.

But strength does not mean someone is okay.

A lot of strong people were taught to hide their emotions because they feel like they have to keep everything together. They may be fighting battles nobody sees….. depression, stress, heartbreak, financial struggles, loneliness, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion, while still smiling every day. Sometimes the people who look the strongest are the ones hurting the deepest.

That’s why checking on your strong friends matters.

Send the text.
Make the call.
Ask them how they’re really doing.
Give them a safe space to be honest without feeling judged or pressured to “stay strong.”

Sometimes one genuine conversation can save a person from feeling invisible. People don’t always need money or solutions sometimes they just need to know somebody cares enough to ask.

The truth is, strong people get tired too.
They need support too.
They need love too.
And they deserve the same care they constantly give to everyone else.

Never assume someone is okay just because they carry themselves well. Even the strongest hearts need someone to lean on sometimes. by @iamdelorean
