I am reminded in my quiet times that although I may "feel" a type of way, my feelings can change as quickly as the weather depending on the conditions of the environment. I have learned to practice pausing rather than being moved by a temporary emotion and need to fill a void because the space of it all feels unbearable at times.

I hear the quiet voice of the One Who loves me the most, reminding me to be still and just...know.

Know that I am not alone and there is purpose in the pain (whatever pain that may be), there is purpose in it all as long as I look for lessons to learn and don't get stuck in the pity of partying solo. :)
