There’s something about watching a wedding day unfold from beginning to end that never gets old. It starts with all those quiet little moments before the ceremony, then the cheers, the first dance, and eventually the point where everyone just lets loose.

One of my favorite parts of DJing weddings is taking the room on a little musical journey throughout the night.

A packed dance floor isn’t always about rushing to the next big song.

I was in a bachata set here and wanted to move into a Juan Luis Guerra Afro House remix of La Travesía. Instead of forcing the switch, I let the next track blend in slowly so the room could come with me.

By the time we were fully in Afro House, the dance floor was still right there.That’s one of my favorite parts of DJing weddings connecting completely different sounds without breaking the momentum.
