2 years sober.

It’s hard to even put into words what this day means to me because there was a time when I truly never thought it would be possible.

These last two years have been filled with growth, healing, my God, so much healing, and so many moments that were uncomfortable. I had to sit with emotions I’d spent years numbing, learn how to be present, and keep choosing myself every day even when it felt impossible.

But I did it and I'm so proud. Maybe more proud of anything I've ever done.
