Hello everyone,
My name is Eleanor. I am a mum of 2, & step mum to 1 other gorgeous child…whose hobbies rule my life. I also have been a beautician for 20 years.
At reaching 40 years old, I was yearning for a change which created more balance in my life as I was always on the verge on burning out.
I didn’t like that feeling, always running on fumes. Worrying about money. The daily grind. Carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, expected to do it all.
I needed something for me, to feel alive again.

I came across an opportunity which pretty much fell into my lap. A business in a box.
My own online travel business.
It was light bulb moment for me 💡
Perfect.
Who doesn’t like to travel right?
Who doesn’t want to earn off booking travel & also save on their own trips aswel?
Who doesn’t want to show their kids the world & different cultures? (So important to me)
Who doesn’t want to build all this in pockets of time around their current job and life?

Not only this, but I have made some lovely friends in this incredible community. I always knew there was more for me…this has opened my eyes & made it achievable.

Two income streams. Both built around travel.
One ….I book travel for people and earn commission. Simple, product everyone already wants, no hard sell needed.
Two …I have an affiliate link to a platform that helps people travel smarter & create a different life for themselves.
Whether I’m working that day or not. I’m earning an income .
That second part is what made me sit up and pay attention. After 21 years of swapping my time directly for money , the idea that income could work differently? That was the lightbulb moment. It’s not complicated. But it is different.

A destination I’d go back to in a heartbeat… 🤍 Lindos, Rhodes.

I’m not going to pretend these are the best photos you’ll ever see 😂 My photography skills leave a lot to be desired, and there’s probably more wedding photos in here than actual destination photos!

But Lindos is one of those places that will always have a special place in my heart because it’s where we got married.

If you’re heading to Lindos, a few places I’d definitely recommend:

📍 Melenos – head to the top of the village for the most breathtaking views. They will bring tears to your eyes. It’s one of those places where you just have to stop and take it all in. We had our ceremony here.

🍝 Broccolino – our favourite Italian spot. Tucked away on one of the beautiful whitewashed streets higher up in the village. Such a lovely little find.

🏖️ St Paul’s Bay – an absolute must-visit. It’s every bit as beautiful as you imagine and such a gorgeous spot for a swim.

🍴Tsambikos at St Paul’s Bay – a beautiful spot for lunch, right by the bay. Perfect for a long, lazy lunch with that view.

And then there’s Lindos itself… the whitewashed streets, little corners, rooftop restaurants, sea views and that unmistakable Greek island feel.

It’s somewhere I’d go back to in a heartbeat

No joke, I actually find it easier being away with my kids than being at home 🤷🏻‍♀️

At home they’re constantly mithering me. They will seek me out even when I’m in the bathroom.

And somehow I can spend the whole day doing things with them and they’ll STILL whinge that they’re bored.

Whereas on holiday, the holiday does most of the work for me.

They’re swimming, exploring, making friends, going out, seeing new places… they’re just busy being kids and having fun.

Obviously it’s not completely chaos-free. There’s still arguments, snacks every five minutes and the odd meltdown.

But honestly, I find them so much easier on holiday.

Maybe it’s because I’m more relaxed too, but give me a week away with them over a week at home any day.

My children will never say “I wish you took us to an all inclusive”
Because when they look back, they won’t remember whether breakfast came from a buffet, the bakery, or our villa kitchen.

🤎They’ll remember slow mornings in pyjamas on the balcony

🤎They’ll remember making friends, exploring new places and laughing over dinners somewhere new

Self-catering doesn’t mean you have to cook yourself every night!

And honestly? We love it!

There’s no competitive sunbed hunting at 10am, we still enjoy pool days until sunset...

There’s no queueing for every snack, no rushing back for meal times and no feeling like we have to stay in one place just because we paid for unlimited food and drink

We’re still at beautiful deatinations, still making incredible memories, just in a way that suits us.

My kids don’t drink cocktails
They don’t need unlimited ice cream all day

They just need time, experiences and us
