thanking God for my smile, creativity, and a soft heart in a time where everything feels so upside down.

i know a lot of us are tired. confused. overstimulated. trying our best to stay hopeful while the world moves a million miles a minute.

so from me to you, here’s my survival pack:

* daily bible
* clean food
* movement
* meditation
* movies
* laughter
* vulnerability
* pets 🥹
* nature
* BEING IN COMMUNITY
* home cooked meals
* good music

oh and counting my blessings! literally writing them down. the more gratitude i practice, the more beauty i start noticing everywhere.

the little things are carrying me lately.

remember, take it one day at a time. protect your peace. feel your feelings. rest when you need to & find joy wherever you can.
