A few days away earth lost an extra special person and heaven gained an Angel. Some people knew her as Glenda Wray, other people knew her a mom or grandma but me I got the privilege of her allowing me to call her Ma. From the time I was 15 years old and started being best friends with her daughter Tina Wray she made me feel loved the way a child is supposed to feel. Almost 33 years later she never stopped making me feel loved and accepted. The monkey she is holding in the picture I gave her a couple years ago when she was in the hospital and she named it “Baby Kai” after me. When I visited her at home sometime afterwards she took me into her bedroom to show me that “Baby Kai” slept with her. I have never felt more loved from a mom ever in my life. Thank you Tina, Tammy and Brandon for sharing your loving and caring mom with me. She was the most precious soul to ever walk the earth. She will truly be missed. I will miss you Ma. Thank you for accepting me just as I am and for loving me as one of your own. by @iamenough_79

Sammie Rios it’s been 11 years today that you and Celia were taken from us. I miss you so very much. Happy Mother’s Day to all those moms out there that are known and to those that are unknown. It takes a village to raise a child and sometimes mommas ask for help from others and those that step in to help also deserve a shout out. Relationships may end family, romantic, friend or otherwise but that doesn’t mean the love that was given to the child was less than. 1 year ago as of yesterday I started taking Testosterone. It was not only best decision I could have made for my journey medically however it also turned out to be the happiest decision I have ever made for myself mentally and emotionally. I have never been happy in my own skin until now. Thank you to those who have loved me and supported me this past year and will continue to support me. I love and appreciate you more than you know.
