Guest: Hi, do you work here?
Me: Unfortunately... yes. 🫩
Guest: I went to drink the Aquafina sparkling water from the wet bar. To my surprise, someone had apparently finished the carbonated water, refilled the bottle with tap water, and put it back.
Me: Ma'am, I'm documenting everything. This is not the guest experience we're aiming for. 🥴😬😂
Me (internally): Honestly... genius. Criminal, but genius.
Me (out loud): Ma'am, quick question... when you twisted the cap, was there any resistance? Any sign that it had been opened?
Guest: Dunno. I just started drinking it.
Me (internally): So we're just raw-dogging mystery beverages in public now? 😭
Me (externally): Thank you for bringing this to our attention, ma'am.
