Not reinventing. Just re-entering my life, stronger.
A coach who's lived it, not just studied it.

Testing this theory in real time. Results pending.

So I’m doing it scared. And I know my brain is taking notes. Eventually it’s gonna shrug and say fine, apparently we do this now.

“You seem happier” It’s because I am💕

I worked hard to get back here and I don’t always talk about it, but I’m looking forward now. Not stuck, not paused, finally forward to what’s next.

I have 2-3 good decades left that I’m not willing to play small for, for anyone, anymore.

Being forced to stop doing what you love will test you in ways you never dreamed. I now appreciate more than ever the small moments and grateful to have the chance to do it all again, just differently.💕

Baby steps🙈😂 Anyone else feel that guilt?

To be honest, this one was a huge one for me. I always felt guilty turning my phone off in case someone needed me.

My baby steps started with me sending a text out just to say, I am taking a break, my phone will be on silent. Will return calls/texts tomorrow.

Once people around me accepted this and gave me space, I stopped having to even give them the forewarning, and just took the time when I needed it... guilt free.

The follow-up apology was my signature move for years. Not anymore.

Nobody hands you this one early. I had to figure out the hard way that I was allowed to matter too. If you're still waiting for permission, here it is.❤️
