People see the polished event.

The beautiful setup.
The packed room.
The seamless experience

What they don’t always see?

Just how much there is to do on your own when you’re bringing an event to life - especially without the right support behind you.

🤪 The supplier coordination.
🤪 The timelines.
🤪 The logistics.
🤪 The last-minute changes.
🤪 The hundreds of tiny moving parts that sit behind a “simple” smooth experience.

And it’s a LOT

That’s where we can come in ✨

Our Event VA support is designed for female founders & ex-corporate business owners who want to elevate their events while making sure everything behind the scenes runs exactly as you want it to.

From pre-event logistics & supplier liaison…
to on-the-day support helping everything flow smoothly 👏

Because after all the blood, sweat & tears you’ve poured into creating an incredible event…

You deserve to actually enjoy it too 💖

Got an event, retreat or networking experience coming up? Or manifesting your future event?

I didn’t build an agency because I wanted a bigger business.

I built it because I kept speaking to brilliant EAs who had left corporate and still had so much value to offer.

EAs with years of experience.
EAs who thrive on organisation.
EAs who love making life easier for others.

❌The corporate world lost them.

✅My clients gained them.

And that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

If you’re an ex corporate woman, building a 6 figure business BUT work longer hours than when you were in corporate - you probably need to start outsourcing and getting the support your amazing business needs!

Hate to break it to you… a VA won’t completely run your business for you 😂

But we WILL make sure you’ve got the headspace to do the parts you DO need to do while we do the rest 🫶

If 2027 needs to look a bit different for you, what have you got to lose trying something new?

Right, let’s address a second elephant in the room… 🐘

Will AI replace your VA?

There is a place for AI - like technology we have to roll with it.

Will it replace humans in every support stream? No chance - if you want things done well.

Which one made you laugh? 👀
