Today marks 5 years without you, Dad. 💔🕊️

Mannnn, grief SUCKS! One minute I can be smiling and laughing next minute I am crying long tears 😭 I miss you more than words could ever explain.

So much has happened. That dream you kept pushing me to pursue? @_savedbygrace_inc is finally becoming a reality. 🥹🙏🏾 And I would give ANYTHING for you to be here to witness it.

Sometimes the hardest part of life’s biggest blessings is not having the people you love here to celebrate them with you. 💔

I hope I’m making you proud, Dad.

They say I look younger than my age… baby, it’s the PEACE!

And maybe a little bit of good genes too! Let’s not forget that! 🤣

But seriously…

One thing about ME? I’ve ALWAYS had a heart for people. 🤍

Even when life wasn’t being kind to me, I was still clapping for somebody else.

Even when I was struggling, I was still giving my last.

Even when I was praying for my own breakthrough, I was genuinely celebrating somebody else’s.

That’s just who I am. Always have been. 💕

Now, have people taken advantage of that heart? Absolutely.

Have I been hurt, disappointed, misunderstood, and had to learn some hard lessons? BABYYYY! 😩😂

But I’ve learned to mind the business God gave ME, forgive what hurt me, and release what no longer deserves space in my heart. 🤍

Now don’t get me wrong… I still have my moments! 😂 I’m human, I’m growing, and God is STILL working on me. But one thing about it? I’m not letting anybody turn me into a bitter woman. PERIOD! 💕

Life has changed me in a lot of ways, but it hasn’t changed the goodness God placed inside me.

I still love hard.
I still celebrate people.
I still believe in showing up for others.
And I STILL want to see everybody WIN! 🙌🏾

The difference now? I’m learning that I can have a big heart AND boundaries. I can forgive people AND protect my peace. I can pour into others without constantly pouring from an empty cup.

Because being a good woman doesn’t mean life has always been good to you. Sometimes it means choosing to remain good despite it all. 🤍

So yes, I’m approaching 39 with a little more wisdom, a whole lot of gratitude, and the SAME genuine heart. Just with better boundaries! 😂💅🏾

A pretty face is cute, but a beautiful spirit? THAT’S TIMELESS. ✨

But honestly, as proud as I am of the touchdowns… I’m even more proud of the confidence I’ve watched him build.

He has come such a long way.

From learning, growing, pushing through nerves, and becoming more confident in himself… to stepping on that field and having a game like THIS. 🥹

Watching your child start believing in themselves differently is something special.

And baby… 4 touchdowns in one game?! 😭😂🔥

What started as a dream is becoming reality. 💜

For years, I carried the vision for Saved by Grace quietly. I prayed over it, questioned it, ran from it, came back to it… and eventually realized God was not letting me ignore it anymore.

Now there’s a board.
There’s a Leadership Team.
There’s a mission.
There are women saying yes to serving.
There is purpose behind every detail.

This is faith in motion.
This is obedience.
This is the beginning of something bigger than me.

We’re building.
We’re believing.
We’re moving in faith.

And I truly believe something is about to shift.

Breakthrough is coming.
Lives are going to be impacted.
Healing is going to happen.
And Saved by Grace is only getting started.

What once lived in my heart as a vision is now unfolding right before my eyes — and I’m so grateful to watch God bring it to life.

A dream come true… and this is only the beginning. ✨

There are only 8 days left until we take our steps together for the Walk of Grace! On October 3rd, the Save by Grace community is gathering to stand up for domestic violence awareness, celebrate survivors, and spread the vital message that healing and a bright future after abuse are always within reach.

This mission thrives on community, and there are countless ways to get involved. Whether you lace up your shoes to walk beside us, drop off a warm coat for our winter drive, lend a hand as a volunteer, or simply share this message to reach someone who needs hope, your involvement truly changes lives.

We will gather at Gravity Point at 11:00 AM on October 3rd. You can secure your spot ahead of time by heading over to savebygraceinc.org. We are so excited to share this powerful day with you! by @iamher_mw

THANK YOU, JESUS!!! 😭🙌🏾💜

I don’t even know if I have the words for this moment.

What started as a vision God placed on my heart years ago is becoming something I can now see unfolding right before my eyes.

Saved by Grace is officially a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization! 🎉

There were prayers. There were questions. There were moments when I wondered how it would all come together. There were late nights, paperwork, planning, building, and a whole lot of FAITH.

But one thing I continued to do was say YES.

Yes to the vision.
Yes to the assignment.
Yes even when I couldn’t see the entire plan.

And God continues to remind me that when He gives the vision, He will make provision for it. 🙏🏾

Saved by Grace was created to be a place of hope, healing, restoration, empowerment, and transformation for women who have experienced some of life’s hardest seasons.

To SBG board, leadership team, volunteers, family, friends, supporters, donors, and every person who has prayed for this organization, encouraged me, shared a post, donated, volunteered, or simply believed in what we’re building—THANK YOU. 💜

And to the women we haven’t even met yet…

We’re building for you. 🦋

This approval isn’t the finish line.

It’s confirmation that we’re just getting started.

Now it’s time to BUILD.
Now it’s time to SERVE.
Now it’s time to make an IMPACT.
