Nothing beats being around the game and the people who make it special. 🏀

From NBA Summer League to the Nike EYBL Girls and Boys tournaments, it was great reconnecting with former coaches, teammates, friends, and so many others across the basketball community.

Proud is an understatement.

These young men have reached the finish line during one of the most transformative and uncertain times in the history of college athletics. Through change, challenges, and constant evolution, they remained committed to their goals and persevered.

Watching their growth both on and off the court has been a privilege. Their resilience, dedication, and ability to adapt will serve them well as they enter the next chapter of their lives.

I have no doubt that the best is yet to come for each of them. Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment. Their future is bright, and I am excited to see all that they will achieve.

POV: I work with Men’s Basketball but somehow end up giving football players a safe space to explain why they “could’ve hooped” too 😂🏀🏈

One thing I’ve learned working in athletics is how important it is to create an inclusive environment where every student-athlete feels seen, heard, and comfortable being themselves. Sometimes that looks like meaningful conversations, mentorship, and support… and other times it’s football players passionately explaining why they definitely could’ve played basketball too 😭 taken in UCLA by @iamindiajay

Having a workout routine is really a form of self-care. Even when it’s that 5:30am class you almost talked yourself out of… show up anyway.
