Welcome to my page!😍 I am so happy you’re here. by @iamisabelgondar

How I made this shift?? ⬇️

[Comment FREE CLASS for my mini class + guided meditation]

I reached a breaking point that made me look for answers.😬

But.. you don't need to get to a breaking point >> I'm sharing the how with you.

✨️This process brought me more ABUNDANCE that I could ever imagine 🫶🏼✨️

➡️ Here's the HOW:

▪︎ Decide that YOU CAN CHANGE your reality - any current patterns, unhealthy situations, feelings or limiting beliefs not serving you.

▪︎ Pay attention to your THOUGHTS & FEELINGS and what actions they lead to.

▪︎ Stay CONSISTENT with these practices because it will fast track your shifts = keep the practice even when you don't see results straight away.

▪︎ Use meditation + visualization to SHIFT your current REALITY >>> bringing you to a self-hypnosis where you can influence your subconscious mind.

✅️ Want to be guided in this process?

⬇️ Here's how I'm able to overcome blocks & self-sabotage.

If you're asking how long this process takes and you're wondering if you'll have time for that...

It takes me between 5 - 30 min depending on the day and what comes up.

Sometimes, I might quickly reinforce a new belief - for instance, "I'm always attracting new clients with ease"

Or integrate a new feeling - for instance, "I know how it feels to feel safe while making more than money".

When I'm going through a trigger and I have big emotions coming up OR it's a repeating pattern- I might take a bit longer to go through the emotions and give myself grace.

➡️ Once you have your process nailed, you CAN do it anywhere anytime >> consistency really is they to see results🔑

Do you ever ask yourself "I need to make a change, but where do I even start?"

When things feel big or difficult, we can find ourselves delaying taking action, overthinking, questioning our decisions or hold ourselves back fearing what might happen.

This is normal.

The first step isn't necessarily making a big change.
I think it's more about being curious about the patterns, habits and decisions that are keeping you where you are.

Because CURIOSITY leads to understanding & empathy.

I like to ask myself: Where might I be getting in my own way right now?

Ask yourself this question and you might be surprised by what you discover.

What will happen if you continue postpone your dreams?

Chesky and Gebbia couldn't afford their rent so they decided to place three air mattresses on their living room floor and offer breakfast.
This was the beginning of Airbnb.

I think that success is more closely linked to imperfect action rather than aiming for having everything 100% ready.

I found a way to do more things.

And no, it ISN'T trying to do things faster.

Because every time I tried to do more, I ended up doing less and more stressed out.

Many people respond to overwhelm + stress with the mind - "let me think of a solution..."

However, the answer is through the body first, always!

By simple changing your breath & slowing it down, you're already changing how you feel, body + mind.

If you drop your shoulders & unclench your jaw, you're telling your body that its safe to relax. You're ok.

And when you feel safe, you can find better higher solutions (and possibly become faster).🤭

✅️ Save this for next time you need this reminder.

What’s the point of building a healthy, financially secure life if you’re too stressed, too busy, to anxious to actually enjoy it?

Your goals matter.
Health. Finances. Career. Relationships.

But most of us spend way to much worrying about them that we forget what's really important.

You probably want more time, freedom, energy, and of course, spend more time with your loved ones.

This is my reminder that THIS current life matters a lot. I want to enjoy it all now, not just in the future.

So while you're busy going after your goals, enjoy your life now, yes?🫶🏻

Does selling make you feel pushy, needy, exposed or afraid of rejection?

You might have noticed that you end up talking about your work without actually inviting people to buy.

You give immense value, educate, and post… but avoid the part that can actually create clients: selling!

The problem is not asking for payment or talking about your offer.

It's the beliefs you have about selling and how they make you feel.

However, selling becomes easier when the beliefs underneath it change.

We're addressing and changing these beliefs inside the 21-day SEEN & PAID challenge

📌The 21-day Seen & Paid Challenge is a mindset and subconscious rewiring experience designed to help you uncover and shift the beliefs, fears and patterns that keep you playing small.

The push & pull of wanting to hide vs showing up 😣 It's real!

Staying small can feel comfortable in the moment.

But here's the question I ask myself...
👉What is it costing ME?

Perhaps missed opportunities, fewer conversations, inconsistent sales and the frustration of knowing you're capable of more.

The goal isn't to force yourself to be visible.

It's to change your relationship with visibility.

Because any internal change has to be reflected on the outside.

📌Join the 21-day SEEN & PAID challenge - a mindset and subconscious rewiring experience designed to help you uncover and shift the beliefs, fears and patterns that keep you playing small so you can shine online.

You know that visibility creates opportunities but somehow you're pushing them away.

You don't feel like posting or are missing inspiration...

You forget to mention your offer whenever a situation presents itself...

You speak of business as a "little side hobby" ...

👇🏻This is what's happening:

When it's time to put yourself out there, something makes you hesitate, overthink, procrastinate and hide.

It might that you don't have a strategy but more often than not, it's a PATTERN that you've created.

And no amount of strategy can fix your unconscious beliefs that are holding you back from showing up, creating content and selling more.

✅️ The 21-day challenge SEEN & PAID is going to resolve this using a unique method for fast results!

✅️ The Priority List is NOW OPEN! 🔗Link in the bio

Can't wait to see you there.
