Shouts out to all of the women of a certain age who are pouring into younger women.

They need us. Sometimes they may not realize it because they think they know everything. I was there once, too.

However, the world needs our wisdom, our guidance, our insight, our compassion.

Happy Mother’s Day to the Queen in my life👑🥰🩷

What a journey this has been! One of patience, reparenting, inner child healing, courage, strength, vulnerability, and unconditional love.

I realized something very important through this process of taking care of you while you are living with Alzheimer’s…loving on and pouring into you actually helped to heal my maternal bloodline. Honoring the divine feminine in you, translated into honoring the divine feminine within me.

Alzheimer’s is a selfish little disease. It doesn’t care that you are forced to slowly grieve losing your loved one for years before they actually transition. It doesn’t care that you have grandchildren that you’ll never remember. It doesn’t even care that your loved ones are hurting while still showing up with a smile and going along with the new world that you are in.

Amidst all of the pain, I’ve found an incredible silver lining that gives me so much joy. This new version of you has brought us closer than we’ve ever been in this lifetime. It’s the joy that gets me out of bed these days.

And although you don’t always remember your sweet and enchanting grandbaby’s name, I know your soul fully recognizes hers. It wouldn’t be a complete celebration of you without a little serenade from her🥰

Cheers to another trip around the sun for my Mama💗✨ She’s technically only a teenager because she’s a leap year baby😄
We’re so happy that she’s thriving and doing so well and able to celebrate her Solar return with ALL of her siblings🥰
