I had the incredible privilege of being invited to share in leading worship at the White House this week. I’m deeply honored and grateful for the opportunity to giveaway the good news of Jesus in such a way—especially during Holy Week 🕊️

Thank you, Pastor @jentezen and @caro_franklin, my brother @ernstlyetienne, for the invitation to be part of such a significant moment in time.

So many incredible voices joined in to rally leadership around the presence of God and He moved mightily. I’m grateful to have been able to witness it and been personally impacted by it.

The fire reveals what is valuable, but it also brings to the surface what no longer belongs.

Before God addresses what comes from our hands, He often addresses what is happening in our hearts. The refining you may feel today isn’t meant to harm you. It’s meant to reveal what needs to be surrendered and bring to the surface what He truly desires to form in you. Yep… it’s a setup. 😭

So don’t resist it. It may not look like it now, but because you are valuable to Him, the process is valuable too. Surrender to it. What God is removing is making room for what He desires to form in you. 🔥 taken in Church For The ONE by @iamjameil

Your responsibility isn’t to convince everyone to receive what God has entrusted to you. Your responsibility is to faithfully steward it.

Jesus said, “Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before pigs…” — Matthew 7:6

This isn’t about writing people off, and it certainly isn’t a weapon to dismiss everyone who disagrees with you.

There’s a difference in someone genuinely seeking truth and willing to engage with humility vs. consistently choosing to reject what is being offered. Don’t exhaust yourself trying to convince people who are determined not to receive. Surrender them to the Lord. 🙌🏾

Don’t lose momentum or become distracted by voices that continually pull your attention away from the work God has called you to do.

Love everyone. Serve people well. But be wise about where you invest deeply.

Not everyone is ready to receive what you carry and it’s not your responsibility to force them to.

Steward what God gave you.
Don’t give up. Keep moving.

Everyone’s been asking for the reaction video, but instead of releasing the footage, here’s the glorified carousel version.

We surprised the girls with Disney, and somehow… it completely went over their heads. 😏🥴😂

We probably should’ve just told them we brought home their favorite snacks. Nevertheless, they did have a blast!👌🏾🙂‍↕️🥳
