Disconnect from the things brought up by man & connect more with the things brought up by God⁣

Holding a hand, giving a hug, petting an animal, looking up, walking barefoot in the grass, going to the mountains, sunlight, holding a baby, eating a nourishing meal, talking to a stranger, doing something nice for someone, making eye contact, crying, laughing, smiling, praying, writing a letter...

I think this simple exchange gives more quality to life, day by day, and a change of direction we may need. ⁣
⁣
This connection is available 24/7, it’s free for life, free from regret, and it’s always worth the time.
