when people ask what it’s like living with ADHD, you’re always busy, always getting through many different tasks, how do you do it. well this is roughly how my head goes when i’m just there enjoying life or relaxing… #adhd #livingwithadhd by @iamjessecrystal

post race identity crisis hits hard. 🫣

8 weeks of marathon training and apparently that wasn’t enough character development.

so i’ve signed up for an ultra this saturday, because apparently i hate my knees. @bonditomanlyultra

42.2km of running, a very unexpected PB, several questionable financial decisions and enough carbs to concern a medical professional.

melbourne, you were lovely 🫶🏼

Who said you only run in one place as a runner?!

Never in my wildest dreams did i think i’d get the chance to run on a race track exclusively with Ekin and @nikerunning, in celebration of releasing the new Pegasus 42s. You know my inner child absolutely loved leading the pack out of the course! 🚀🫶🏼

Shoutout to the legend @gracewearne for the invite and @rnrunclub for the opportunity to represent the gang. #runningmakesyoufriends #nobettertimethanrightnow by @iamjessecrystal

It was never about the time, it was about the experience. 🙏🏼 What an incredible day at @melbmara representing @joinrocket. Thank you for the support throughout @the_other_brady and @jumnji15

Eventhough I bagged a 15min PB, i never set out for one i simply wanted to enjoy myself for a change and make my family proud after the disappointment of Sydney. This was my first race without any pain, it’s been a long hard year of injury issues. So grateful to be able to enjoy the race, enjoy the support and I even ran without headphones and just soaked in the amazing atmosphere in Melbourne.

Dream come true running past @kipchogeeliud and seeing so many friends complete their first Marathons or getting PBs. This is what it’s all about. Do yourself a favour and run a marathon next year, you won’t regret it (well maybe your toes and hip flexors might).

@bonditomanlyultra solo 80km up next 🎯🚀

Missing the gang @rnrunclub 🏃‍♂️ by @iamjessecrystal

Some delayed shots from the annual sheep shearing competition 😄 this was a lotta fun, even if my skull was burnt for weeks. Pro tip: it helps with wind resistance, but you may lose brain cells or what was left of them. Also yes i was finding sand in my teeth for weeks… #spartanrace #spartanraceaustralia by @iamjessecrystal
