I used to let other people’s opinions really affect me. Good or bad.

I didn’t love myself, so I handed them that power.
But their praise can’t save you, and their criticism shouldn’t break you.

What I know now is that the way you talk to yourself matters more than anything anyone else could ever say about you.

When you make decisions to keep other people happy instead of being true to yourself, you end up lost, wondering what actually makes you happy.
Love yourself first. Everything else gets easier after that.

Another @mrolympiallc weekend 💪🏽
I’ve learned a lot about the culture, and grateful to spend time with some of the best to ever do it.
Massive respect to all the athletes and my main man @flex_lewis and the @the_dragons_lair team 🔥🔥 another crazy week in the books which is Olympia.

Your mind quits first. Stop negotiating.

Next time you hit failure or want to quit try doing 2 more reps or keeping going past what you thought you could.
This mind set carry’s over into all aspects of life and leads to growth and wins.

Happy Monday 🫡 let’s get it.

There is no version of this where you skip the hard part. You’re not being punished, you are being prepared. There’s a difference.

Nothing valuable has ever been made gently, not steel, not a man, not a life worth having.
If you’re in the fire right now, you’re not behind.
Hold the line, keep the faith, keep going.

As you go down the road of healing and self discovery, try different things…Be Curious.

On my path I’ve had some great mentors and coaches.
I met coach @damondamato and the healing sanctuary who introduced me to Qi Gong or as he would say mental martial arts. Control over your thoughts and breath, into power warrior breathing, to complete calm - harmonizing between power, pain, and serenity.

Like anything else it takes consistency to create growth inside and out.
