Here’s a song that I released a demo of some time ago available now on streaming. It’s inspired by Wes Anderson’s film ‘Moonrise Kingdom’. I really loved the colors and composition of the film and I made this song to drive to at the end of the summer. Sometimes you wanna feel optimistic and happy and not always edgy and cool. It depicts a storm at the end of the song using layered guitars and synths. I’m enjoying putting out all these songs out. Hope you enjoy hearing them as well.

I am so proud of this song. With this one, I’m so excited to kick off a series of songs that I hope will be received as an album in the coming year. I’m eternally grateful to @youknowlimbo who has been a friend and inspiration and for generously contributing her incredible talent and kind spirit. Biggest of thanks to @l.e.w.e.y for his patience, determination and caring nature. It took a while for it to come out because I honestly believed I could time it for optimal exposure and effect. Also life just keeps on happening. The fact is, tomorrow is not guaranteed and you can never predict what the right timing is. NOW is the most Spectacular. This was a time I went snorkeling in the Philippines in Palawan. The cool thing about this place was its once depleted coral was replenished using ceramic ones. We have as much capacity to create and repair as we do to destroy. Which one are you doing? The fish were paid actors. taken in Palawan, Philippines by @iamkajo

Tokyo will always have my heart. This is a time-lapse I took this one time I was there and I had a nasty sinus infection. My head was throbbing in pain and to add to that, my hotel room was on the 34th floor. I could feel every bit the altitude change and my equilibrium was suffering every time I went to the room. Taking a pause and watching the sunset reminded me of how lucky I was. I could go on about all the times I’ve visited but my Bourdain phase has passed me by. I’ll just leave it at that for now. Yes, I am teasing a song I have made. It’s with an incredible artist and friend @youknowlimbo. I see a lot of images that take my breath away like the one shown here of a waterfall in Iceland. Ironically, more often than not, you approach a wonder like this with your phone camera first. Do we actually take it in for what it is or do we go see things to signal to other people that we do in fact see things? It’s going to be a great song by the way.
