Feeling incredibly grateful to be part of Mission Accepted: 262 Women Entrepreneurs, Ultrapreneurs, Creatives & Media — Rock Legacy & Tell All, produced by Deb Drummond. This powerful anthology brings together 262 women sharing stories of courage, entrepreneurship, creativity, resilience, leadership, and what it means to truly show up and use our voices.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is knowing that the book has been officially accepted into Library and Archives Canada, preserving these women’s stories as part of Canada’s cultural and historical record.

I’m honored that my story is now part of that legacy and even more honored to stand alongside so many powerhouse women who are building businesses, creating opportunities, breaking barriers, impacting communities, and inspiring the women coming behind us.

This is bigger than being featured in a book. It’s about legacy, impact, and the power of women telling their stories.

Thank you, Deb Drummond, for creating a platform where our voices and journeys can live on. ❤️

Grateful. Proud. Inspired. Mission Accepted. ✨

I’m building my business for one reason: I never want to HAVE to work again.

Not because I’m afraid of hard work. I’ve done the long days, the late nights, the sacrifices, and the seasons where the vision required everything I had.

But now I’m building differently.

I’m building assets, systems, investments, and income streams that can work even when I don’t.

The goal isn’t to retire from purpose.
The goal is to retire from obligation.

I want to wake up and work because I’m inspired, not because I need a paycheck.

That’s my definition of freedom. ✨

Trust the process, even when you can’t see the whole picture yet. ✨

Some seasons are for winning. Some are for learning. And some are quietly preparing you for everything you’ve been asking for.

Not every delay is a denial. Not every detour means you’re lost.

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep becoming.

What’s meant for you is still unfolding. 🤍 by @iamkarisasmith

Today I celebrate 50 years of life, and my heart is so full. 💛

I am incredibly grateful for every birthday phone call, every beautiful flowers, and the wonderful breakfasts that made today feel so special. Thank you to everyone who took a moment to celebrate with me. Your love and kindness mean more than you know.

Here’s to 50 years of lessons, growth, laughter, and unforgettable memories. And I truly believe the best is still ahead. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings because I have a feeling these are going to be the very best years yet.

Cheers to 50! 🥂✨ by @iamkarisasmith

I started looking for a way to lower employee healthcare costs because I knew there had to be a better option.

The more I researched, the more I realized that most business owners are asking the wrong questions. They focus on the monthly cost instead of the value they can provide their team.

Then I found @karisakonnectmd .

It gave me a different way to think about employee healthcare.

It is affordable, simple, and designed to help businesses offer real healthcare benefits without the complexity of traditional plans.

If you own a business and want to learn more, send me a message or comment “HEALTH” and I’ll show you how KonnectMD works. taken in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by @iamkarisasmith
