Some fun things of late… we bought a home, drank some beer, listened to some music, and celebrated a lot of people in community. Feeling content. by @iamkarlmarks
Well, THAT was a night! 🎤❤️ Ten phenomenal storytellers, stories that were somehow even better the second time around, and a crowd that brought the house down! OK, So Greatest Hits was one for the books! We’ve only brought back Greatest Hits a handful of times since we started in 2013, but after Friday night, we’re thinking this needs to be a regular thing. Every couple of years, perhaps? We’ve got 13 years of stories to choose from, people. 😂 A HUGE thank you to our storytellers for bringing the magic back to the stage, to Living Arts Tulsa and the entire crew for taking such good care of us, and to our wonderful media partner Public Radio Tulsa for continuing to support what we do. And to everyone who filled those seats, laughed, cheered, and made the room come alive… YOU were phenomenal, too! #OKSoTulsa #GreatestHits #LivingArtsTulsa #PublicRadioTulsa #tulsaevents Next slam: Nov 13th, Friday, theme: G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time!) by @iamkarlmarks
November 13th! G.O.A.T. — GREATEST OF ALL TIME! 🐐 OK, So… November’s theme is G.O.A.T. And oh wow, the possibilities with this one! The greatest person you’ve ever met? The greatest holiday that went completely off the rails? The greatest mistake you ever made? The greatest lie you told and somehow got away with? Maybe it was the greatest meal, the greatest escape, the greatest comeback, or the greatest disaster that is now one of your favorite stories to tell. Your greatest love? Your greatest rival? Your greatest “I cannot believe I actually did that” moment? And let’s be honest, sometimes the greatest thing that ever happened to you didn’t seem all that great at the time. Ha! Take G.O.A.T. wherever you want. We love it when someone stays on theme and we love it when someone takes a theme and runs in a direction nobody saw coming. Come put your name in the hat and tell us a true, personal story. Or grab a ticket, bring your people, and enjoy a night of some of Tulsa’s best storytelling. After all, this is Tulsa’s best date night at $10 a ticket. (Taxes not included) 🐐 November 13th Storyslam: G.O.A.T.

AMERICANAFEST photo/video dump. I’m late posting this, but @americanafest was such a great time! Super honored to get to perform an official showcase and meet and spend time with so many great musicians. Made a lot of new friends and got to hang out with ones i don’t get to see often. Check out an artist you’ve never heard of. There’s a lot of talented ones out there. So happy to get to represent @tulsafmac and @oklahomafilmmusic, i am forever grateful for their support. I got to go to the @theryman for the first time. Heard a message from @dollyparton (felt like it was from the grave 😭), saw @brandicarlile for the first time, got to see @kenpomeroymusic win her award, got to hold goats, got to meet one of my fave new artists @makingmadeline, and got to room with one of the best @lyonscomusic. Very grateful for this musical journey I’m on. Thank you all for the support ❤️. #musician #artisrmanager #casiistephan #americanafest #tulsamusic by @iamkarlmarks
