Prioritise your peace—just a few minutes of yoga each day can reduce procrastination and ease anxiety. ✨ Sometimes only the simplest moves, easiest poses or just being present is more than enough #mindfulmoments #yogaforthesoul #instagood #instadaily #instagram #droneshots #videography #love #happy #yoga #yogalife #yogi #male #gayyoga #malebody #fyp #fypシ #viralvideo #viralreels by @iamkubaboo

Like the breath, Jakub’s ( @iamkubaboo ) class will ebb and flow — moments to deepen your practice with slower movement and control, and space to pause and reflect

POV: good morning 🌅 @hotpodyogasolihull. So you agree with the quote? Did you also know that inversions can change your perspective? #yoga #fyp #motivation #explorepage #viral by @iamkubaboo

Sometimes you don’t need to give up on something you once loved… you just need a new environment to fall in love with it again. 🌿🏃‍♂️

A new place. A new perspective. A fresh start.

Your wellbeing deserves that kind of love, too. 🤍 #instagood #fyp #motivation #explorepage #viral by @iamkubaboo

POV: New season. New energy. ✨
Less worrying about what others think, more trusting where I’m going.

Not everyone will understand your vision — and they don’t have to.
Keep growing. Keep moving. Keep becoming. 🤍 #yoga #fyp #pov #explorepage #viral by @iamkubaboo

✨ YOGA RETREAT — 9th & 10th SEPTEMBER 2027 ✨

If you’ve been feeling like you need to slow down, breathe, reconnect and simply take some time for yourself, Alison Pickering and I would love to invite you to join us for a beautiful 2-day yoga retreat at Holland House, a stunning historic countryside home just 50 minutes from Birmingham. 🌿

Over the two days, we’ll create a space to move, rest, reconnect and have a little fun — with:

🧘‍♀️ Somatic Yoga Movement with Alison Pickering
🌞 Energetic Vinyasa Yoga with Jakub Zgid
💆‍♀️ A relaxing massage session ( not included ) - provided by Zen Zait
🍽️ Delicious, nourishing meals included
🛏️ Your own private, comfortable room — single occupancy
🌳 Beautiful gardens, peaceful surroundings & plenty of time to unwind

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, all levels are welcome. There’s no pressure to perform or be perfect — just an invitation to come as you are. 🤍

£252 per person — everything above included. It’s a very good occasional price for early birds.

To secure your place, we’re asking for a £25 deposit ASAP, with limited spaces available. To secure the location, accommodation requested those deposits by end of October - out of our hands. 🙌

📲 To ask any questions or find out how to pay your deposit, WhatsApp:

Come spend two days with us moving, breathing, laughing, resting and reconnecting with yourself. 🌿✨ #instagood #yoga #fyp #viralreel by @iamkubaboo

STOP! and watch this video every day. #motivation #yoga #fyp #self #explorepage by @iamkubaboo

POV: You’re late to yoga… but you can still hear the teacher through the door 👀😂

“Take a deep breath in…”
Me: 🧍‍♂️🚪 trying to sneak in like I was never late

P.S. Come 15 minutes early, not 15 seconds before class starts 😭🧘‍♂️

Settle in. Breathe. Get your mat ready. Leave the rushing outside.
Your nervous system will thank you. 🤍 #yoga #pov #viralreeĺs #explorepage #trending by @iamkubaboo

Your strength can be softness. 🤍

You don’t always have to push harder, hold tighter, or keep going.

Sometimes strength looks like slowing down.
Letting yourself rest.
Taking a breath.
Choosing gentleness over pressure.
Listening to what your body has been trying to tell you.

Softness isn’t weakness.
It’s trust.
It’s resilience.
It’s knowing when to hold yourself — and when to let yourself be held.

You can be soft and still be strong. 🌙✨ #yoga #fyp #motivation #explorepage #viral by @iamkubaboo
