This is the second part of Theo's Go Fund Me story. Please see the post where he is sleeping in my lap for Part 1. ..........signed a legal affadavit stating that he, his wife and their two children lived in a two bedroom home for $2400 monthly. Again, this only has context if one knows Dr. Ensthaler and Janna Ensthaler's success. It was perjury. They own multiple homes across Germany and Austria but again, Dr. Ensthaler perjured himself in court stating that he owned no homes, nor did his wife and of course they only had the two bedroom rental. All of this is on record with his signature and I am happy to provide. Now here is the really unfortunate part; during our time in Court, Theo's father A) petitioned the court to remove his health insurance (which I paid 100 percent of) and to place him on a NY health plan for low income families (direct quote from his email to court) B) denied any childcare costs so aggressively that Theo's nannies came to court to testify on his behalf, incurring abuse and threats while they testified by Dr. Ensthaler's attorney and C) drew out his forced child support trial for YEARS nearly bankrupting Theo's sole support and Theo himself. The day Theo's nannies testified in court was the hardest day to watch of all. These women did what they considered right even though they were terrified and Theo's own Father risked him losing these women from his life if they had (very easily) been so shaken by the subpoena from Dr. Ensthaler's attorney that they quit their job. Who would have blamed them? They came to his defense only for him to CONTINUE to not pay for his childcare or nannies while I work. I pay for it all. To this day. I have to repeat the last email I received from his father's attorney today that he will attach any exhibits he deems necessary to any possible enforcement petition that I may seek to file in the Family Court for his "alleged" lack of payment. Alleged? The same email states that he isn't paying for childcare because I only work 35 hours a week and that bank statements aren't proof of payments. He has paid TWO MONTHS of childcare exactly out of 78 MONTHS THAT I HAVE. by @iamlecall

I'm raising funds to cover the legal costs needed to secure child support for Theo from his dad, Dr. Ludwig Ensthaler. Most of you know that I have been in court for the majority of my child's life with his biological Father, Dr. Ludwig Ensthaler founder of 468 Capital and 468 Capital II. Today I have received several emails from his attorneys stipulating that he will not comply with the Court order of child support and further nonsense to keep his years long battle to avoid paying child support for his son; alive. The last time Dr. Ensthaler saw his son was at the hospital at his birth. it was pretty much a novel new game for him. After waiting in vain for a year for ANY monetary support for the son he left in the United States (he is a German citizen with only offices here in the U.S.) I was forced to sue him in court. He did not show numerous times and failed to comply with the order for DNA so many times that Her Honor actually made him get on a flight and comply or risk jail time. He was delaying the proceeding by advice of his attorney and the subsequent ruling of child support. It is New York state law that every parent support any child they produce and if he delayed the court he delayed paying. He did so for over four years. Nearly bankrupting Theo's sole support-me. During this time, Theo's father married a fellow Venture Capitalist named Janna ensthaler. Why this matters is that Dr. ensthaler had sworn in court and on an affidavit that his wife held no job, made no income and had no assets. The affadavit is real and verifiable easily enough and signed by Ludwig. Not only does Ms. Ensthaler hold a job she is actually on a television show (Germanys shark tank) in order to invest her "asset and income" from her impressive VC career. Her fund is called The Green Generation fund. Dr. Ensthaler's funds are called 468 and 468 II capital. The often co invest. It is also pertinent to Theo's story because Dr. Ensthaler testified and signed an affadavit stating that he, his wife and by @iamlecall
