90 damn days. 💥💪🏼

If you would’ve asked me at the beginning of April if I’d be sober three months later, I would’ve told you you were crazy.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I’d lost myself. I had neglected my health—both physical and mental. I was full of blame, shame, fear… and alcohol (obviously).

These past 90 days have shown me a new way to live. I wake up every day with gratitude, a new perspective on myself and the world, and a desire to move through life with humility, integrity, and compassion.

Today, I can face my fears, my shortcomings, my past, and myself.

I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and supported me along the way. A special thank you to my family, @kathrynvbrown , everyone at Ambrosia, AA, and my HP.

It’s gettin’ good, folks… stay tuned. 😃 taken in West Palm Beach, Florida by @iamlukeolsen
