WHAT A WEEKEND MY PEOPLE!!! 🤩
I thoroughly enjoyed being on stage again with the Deception cast! Loved every minute. ♥️

This is my 3rd year performing with Marcia Brown Productions, and I am humbled. Thank you for the opportunity
Marcia Irie Dawta Brown. Congrats on 20+ years of theatre!

The show was a success and in the words of many:

"I would see this play again and again."

"Dis yah play haffi go pon tour, di world need fi see it."

"Dem talented eeeh, a how dem memba all a dem deh lines."

Puuure laughter! I heard a few people had to literally leave the room because, in their words, "dem aguh dead!" 🤣🤣🤣

A trip to the beach can heal the soul… and maybe even ease those menopausal aches and pains! 🌊☀️💃🏾

There’s something about the sun, the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and just slowing down that makes the body say, “Thank you, chile!” 😂

Menopause is real, but so is finding little ways to feel good again. 💛

Sometimes, you don’t need much… just sand, sea, sunshine and a little self-care. 🌴🌊

Well looka yah… Mama Selva is 55! 🥳❤️

55 years of life, lessons, laughter, tears, blessings, mistakes, growth, and plenty stories fi tell! 😂

From Pedro River to Canada, and now celebrating my 55th birthday in the beautiful Bahamas… God has carried me every step of the way. 🙏🏾🌴

I’m not taking this new chapter for granted. I’m grateful for the people who have loved me, supported me, prayed for me, laughed with me, and walked this journey with me.

At 55, I’m choosing joy, peace, purpose and gratitude. I’m still here, still growing, still dreaming, still laughing—and trust me, Mama Selva still have plenty more life fi live! 😂❤️

So today, I raise a glass to ME! 🥂
To 55 years of becoming the woman God created me to be.

Happy Birthday to me! 🎂🎉❤️
