I am humbled and deeply honored to be named one of Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence for 2026 by the Atlanta Business League—for the third consecutive year.

Thank you to the Atlanta Business League for this meaningful recognition and for continuing to celebrate Black women whose leadership strengthens our businesses and communities.

Through STEM Atlanta and Mathis, Griffin, Cain Consulting, LLC, I remain committed to expanding access to education, creating workforce opportunities, and keeping people at the center of innovation.

To our teams, partners, supporters, and the communities we serve: thank you for your trust, encouragement, and belief in this work. I am grateful for everything we continue to accomplish together.

Congratulations to my fellow honorees and the Tenured Women of Influence. It is a privilege to be recognized alongside you, and I look forward to celebrating together at the Women of Vision Breakfast on October 20.

I receive this honor with gratitude, humility, and a renewed commitment to serve.

My new wearable pulled up with Rolls-Royce energy… and a little attitude. 😎⌚️

Naturally, I had to give her an entrance. 💅🏽

Go ahead… ask me what she does. 👀😉

This was only the beginning.

FUTURIST 2030™ | GENERATION G SUMMIT brought together leaders, innovators, workforce champions, wellness experts, entrepreneurs, and next-generation talent for one powerful conversation:

AI will power the future. People must lead it.

From the main stage to the conversations happening throughout the room, the energy was undeniable. We explored the future of work, leadership, human performance, wellness, talent, technology and what it will take for people to remain at the center of transformation.

This is what HUMANITY AT THE HELM™ looks like.

A room filled with ideas.
New relationships.
Bold conversations.
Human connection.
And a shared commitment to helping shape what comes next.

To every speaker, partner, participant, and person who believed in the vision of our inaugural summit—thank you.

We are building something significant.

And this sizzle reel is just a glimpse.

More conversations. More moments. More impact. More to come.

Welcome to the future.

When influence grows, integrity must grow with it.

On September 29, Jeremy Anderson and Anthony E. Tuggle take the Futurist 2030: Generation G stage for a fireside chat on Occupational Integrity & Leadership in the Age of AI.

AI is changing the speed and scale of our decisions. This conversation will ask what it takes to lead with sound judgment, earn trust, and keep humanity at the helm.

Jeremy and Anthony will bring their perspectives together for a conversation every leader in that room can carry back to their organization, team, and community.

Atlanta, come experience it in person. Bring a colleague. Bring your team.

This morning, I woke up with a deeply thankful heart and grateful to see another bright and beautiful new day and especially grateful to celebrate another birthday. God has been so faithful to me!

Yes, today is my actual Birthday! September 19th,

I am blessed and highly favored. I thank God for fresh new mercies, supernatural, abundant, unprecedent, net-breaking favor, grace, and blessings upon my life and the lives of my children.

Through every season, God has loved me, covered me, carried me, and kept me. I serve a true and living God whom I absolutely love and adore.

Today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Thank You, Lord, for the precious gift of life and for another year filled with purpose, promise, abundance, and possibility. To God be all the glory! by @iammaxinecain

Today, we pause to remember.

Twenty-five years ago, on September 11, our nation faced a tragedy that forever changed our history. We remember the lives that were lost, the families forever changed, and the extraordinary courage of first responders and everyday people who ran toward danger with selfless hearts.

At STEM Atlanta, we prepare young people for the future. But part of that preparation is grounding them in humanity, empathy, service, and community values we saw so powerfully displayed in the days and weeks that followed September 11.

To the families who still carry the weight of that day, to our first responders, our service members, and all who have sacrificed in the years since, we honor you.

Today, my family, the STEM Atlanta family, and I join communities across our nation in remembering. We hold close the memory of those who never came home and the loved ones who have carried their absence for 25 years.

May we never allow time to dim our memory. May we continue to lead with compassion, serve with courage, and remember that even in our darkest moments, our shared humanity has the power to bring us together.

Twenty-five years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget!
