Thanks to everyone who purchased art from me yesterday! Y'all really showed up and showed out! 🙌🏾

I was able to pay my rent and can't properly express how empowering it feels to successfully support myself with my art.

I have folks in my DMs asking for a closer image of some of the other pieces I had on sale so here is that for those who asked for it. Many pieces have already sold but I still have four available. The piece titled "Original Angel" will be featured in my first digital art release coming later this month. The last slide shows a sneak peak!

I have full faith in this set being a historic collection of original works so definitely pick one up in you have interest! (The works have interest as well. 😉)

I put on an extremely vulnerable performance the other night so I figured why not keep the vulnerability going? I aim to lead by example in that way anyway so here goes.

Currently I have a part time job that I love but doesn't fully pay the bills, so I supplement the rest of my income with creative works such as musical performances with Emergence, as Population of One, doing event photography gigs, and recently selling my abstract art pieces. I had hoped to sell a few works at a performance and art show I put on this weekend in order to make up the rest of my rent for this month (and also to afford more than just the one carton of eggs in my fridge😓), however trying to survive as an artist is tough and doesn't always go as planned. Regardless all is well! I relish in any opportunity to shine my light and share the transformative works I have to offer. I figured why not cast what I have worked on to an even wider audience? I invite you to check out what I and others are musing about around my art!

I have scanned each work into my computer where they will become apart of the visual landscape for my project Population of One. In this way I am designing my works to appreciate in value. Current prices are suggestions to give an idea of where I am starting to value my artwork at this point in my journey. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any interest in purchasing one of these Original Seeds. If you would like to support me but with a smaller donation my Venmo and CashApp have also been included here. And furthermore my GoFundMe has yet to make it's original goal. I tend to be MIA on social media these days, but that's because I am having such a full and enriched experience out here living life!! I can barely even process how incredible this year has been and it's still going!

I'm excited to be performing a set as Population of One this Saturday at @merrit.club! I'll be doing music, projections, an art show, and more! It's gonna be a great time! I have some potent medicine for y'all and it would fill me with absolute joy for you to recieve it!!

And if not, enjoy a snapshot of what I've been getting up to this year. I'm so proud to be apart of some truly incredible community building projects and intend to continue to lend my energy towards the expansion of care in our communities. Much of my art tends to lean towards the metaphysical side of things, but I always have one foot grounded right here in the material and in my city to shed some light on what's truly possible here. Swimming through the sounds of all these artists Thursday night in honor of @emergenceensemble first album release 🎶🪉🥁🎹🎤

What a room full of love and kindred spirits! Love a community sing, turned rock band with a harp! The eclectic musical arrangement had me hangin’ on every beat. The harmonies had me 🥰🤩🌠🌈 when I wasn’t deeeeeeep in the pocket of the groove.
