Get into the consciousness that you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions, your are not your mistakes…

The matrix programmed us to identify with those things to distract us and keep us stuck in loops and patterns that we do not want to be in. Observe your thoughts, observe your emotions but don’t allow them to pull you out of your frame.

People see the joy, nor understanding it’s on purpose. Happiness is a choice I make everyday regardless of the hand I’m dealt.

Good energy and true joy is a side effect of facing all of your shadows and truly sitting with your shit and letting it dissolve into the nothingness it always was 🤏🏽
