Spooky craft season 🧡

I am having 3 sewing classes in October to learn to make the applique ghosts and pumpkins 👻🎃

I love doing applique it's so fun! And I will be wearing this all year 🤪

Come out and learn the sewing basics and make a fun project!

You must bring your own sweatshirt or tea towel to attach the applique to.

Team frog or toad?! 🐸

I have gotten so many frog and toad orders this Halloween and I'm literally obsessed 🐸🧡

My favorite combo is when it's a baby and a mama ordering the frog and toad costumes and it's really making me reconsider my Halloween outfit 🫪😭

But I did have my baby. There was a frog last year. She was Mr. President / Jason funderberger 🤣🐸

Anyways, planning to do one more drop before Halloween so if you wanted to be frog and toad definitely be watching the shop and get on that

With my frog hats, this is definitely the hardest part!

I can crochet the hat itself really fast. But then I have to sew on all the detailing and finishing and weaving all the ends and that's the most time consuming.
😭👍🏻

But it really does make the hat have so much character ❤️

Anyways, if you need me I'll be drowning in frog hats until Halloween is over 😅🤪

Orders are currently closed I'll let you know if I do another drop before Halloween keep an eye out for the 13th 🐸

Also side no but I've been getting so many frog and toad orders. And like somebody's baby is going to be the toad and a freaking love it and I just want to cry because it's so adorable and now I think I should change my Halloween costume 😅❤️

Fina part of making my bridesmaids dress before the wedding with only a few weeks when I started and I was moving and had no time to do it 🤣🫡

Thank you all for coming on this journey with me!

It has been honestly kind of fun even if the pattern was not made to be made in silk and it was my first time cutting on a bias.

Definitely some challenges that I had to figure out how to overcome and I definitely appreciated having the input from my lovely followers.

Definitely came out as the most gorgeous dress ever and I cannot wait to be a lovely maid of honor. Maybe I'll upload an official photo or video from the day so you guys can see how pretty it looks.

🍎Apple season is here!

I have so much fun sewing with my daughter. She was now old enough to ask to sew somewhat. She just makes sounds at the sewing machine and points at it, but I love that she likes doing it together.

And then I get to put her in the outfits that we made together and it's so much fun!

I do have some apple baby clothes designs in my shop 🍎

And I'm also having some classes on applique this month so come on out and learn with me ❣️

Don't be scammed by AI on Etsy

Ai is everywhere now and I really hate to say it but it seems like Etsy is getting overrun by AI.

Here are my three tips so that you can avoid being scammed by AI art.

1. Check the reviews of the product for photos of a real person wearing the product. Just having reviews without photos isn't good enough because they can hire bots to make reviews as well

2. Try other sites that don't allow AI. @marmalade.handmade is an AI free hand made goods site. I promise you they really vet the vendors.

3. Shop in person! You can touch and feel an inspect the products in person. Plus you're getting out of the house and getting an inner action with a real artist. And that's super fun! I promise we're nice 🙂

Ready to get spooky 💀

I love this thrift flip so much. I did get the inspiration from another Creator. I will try to find it and tag it here or in the comments.

But honestly this is a must-have for fall. If you guys have some lace and a black toppling around, you should make one!
