For those who occasionally wonder “but… what exactly does she DO?”

Here’s the cheat sheet:

👩🏻‍💻 I’m a mum of two boys, and I work from home most of the time - think a laptop with 47 tabs open and someone asking me where their socks are!
🌱 I’m a Business Partner at the wonderful Antaris Consulting @weareantaris, where I work with businesses on all things sustainability. I have a serious passion for B2C businesses + sustainability in retail!
♻️ I’m also the founder of @reuzi.ie, Ireland’s first cool marketplace for eco products… a business that started during my 2nd mat leave with a simple idea and somehow became a very big part of my life!
🎤 I’m a public speaker, which I absolutely LOVE. Give me a stage and an audience and I’m very happy indeed.
📻 I regularly contribute to the media too… I simply love radio and I regularly write pieces for print / online media… basically, if someone wants to talk sustainability, intentional living, social justice or why we probably don’t need to buy that thing, I’m around. 😂
👩🏻‍💼 I mentor female-founded businesses too, which is something I genuinely love. Helping brilliant women turn big ideas into thriving businesses? Yes please.
✨ I am a board member at @vision_ireland_retail and I’m a huge fan of the work they do to support those in need of their services while promoting conscious consumption.
📚 And then there are the two books in my head.
One is a kids’ book… and it’s actually already written! 🙌🏻
Now I just need to figure out how to get it into the hands of little readers.

Wrapping up a spooktacular weekend at @luggwoods Halloween Experience 👻

Frightfully fun from start to finish, packed with oohs, aahs and plenty of giggles! The kids loved hopping aboard a train to a magical pumpkin patch, where each one of them got to pick their very own pumpkin 🧡

I 🖤 Samhain

Kicking off a properly spooky weekend at the @malahidecastle Haunted Trail, and we had a ball! Conor was all in on the ‘letter haunt’, because when there are jellies up for grabs, it’s every ghoul for themselves 😂

The “-ber” months are here‼️

From September to December, it’s all about more: more shopping, more sales, more newness... you know the drill.

Yesterday I joined @claireeby on @newstalkfm The Claire Byrne Show to chat about making Halloween (and Christmas!) a little more intentional.

We talked about reusable decorations, pre-loved party outfits, and how to keep all the fun of the season without giving in to the pressure to keep buying.

I always love being on the radio and having these conversations, and I hope they spark a few small changes along the way.

Because we can still have all the magic, just with a little less waste ✨

➡️ Lately, I’ve been feeling like there’s just too much of everything…

Too much to do, to think about, to keep up with.

I’m craving the ordinary, a routine that doesn’t feel like a constant race towards somewhere else.

Maybe we weren’t made to do it all. Or to be everything, everywhere, all at once.

Maybe a good life is less about squeezing more in and more about making room for what really matters.
