Date night Recap and what came from it: Reflection, let's sum it up really quick.

Reflection is asking yourself:

What have I learned about myself?
What experiences have changed me?
What am I proud of?
What do I need to release?
How have I grown emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?

A beautiful way to describe reflection:
“Reflection is the moment you stop looking at how far you have left to go and begin appreciating how far you've already come.” 🤎

Reflection isn't about living in your past. It's about learning from it so you can move forward with greater wisdom and intention.

In summary, be intentional with self-love awareness, joy, and goals, but most importantly, once you reflect on your past, say thank you God cause i didn't think it would get better, but it did, and it does

Love Peace and Prosperity 💋💕

Chapter 43. ♎️✨

I’m not entering this year trying to become somebody new. I’m celebrating the woman I’ve worked so hard to become. 💕

A woman who chose herself.
Chose her health.
Chose her peace.
Chose growth.
Chose faith.

And learned that starting over, slowing down, setting boundaries, and loving yourself a little louder are all part of the journey.

This year, I’m not counting candles — I’m counting blessings, lessons, answered prayers, quiet wins and every version of me that fought to get me HERE.

43 looks good on me… and baby, I’m just getting started. 🥂🎂♎️

Happy Birthday to ME. 💋✨
