🚨 NOBODY talks about what happens when you outgrow the version of yourself everyone got comfortable with.

“Daisy’s All Grown Up” 🌼

This record is about evolution.
Different perspective.
Different frequency.
Same hunger.

Some people see confidence.
Some people see arrogance.
The difference is usually their own reflection.

If you’ve ever had to lose yourself to find yourself, this one’s for you.

🎵 “Tapped into my soul it was next to my crown…”
🎵 “See me rising like the yeast…”

I’ve never had someone break down a record of mine like this…

It’s left me with such a profound feeling, a state of gratitude and confirmation I can’t really describe so I’m doing my best here.

I’m not the type to seek outside validation because I don’t receive it too often. The local scene where I come from suppresses talent, penalizes ability and ostracizes greatness and as a result it has turned into a void space where true artists die and whatever is left parades around like what they do gives meaning to anyone other than themselves. (If you’re reading this and feel convicted.. yes it’s you, otherwise thank you for your work 🤝🏾)

I digress.

The idea that this person felt so much from this record that they felt the need to express this to me with such intent is honestly the only reason I make music, it’s obviously not the money 😂

God has placed something in my spirit that I feel the world should have access to, with that feeling used to come FEAR. As I’ve matured in my craft I’ve realized that fear really was (false evidence appearing real) and that there are people around this globe I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting face to face or shake hands with that genuinely connect deeply with what God has given to me to offer and I have to say I feel like a billion dollars writing this.

Thank you my German friend, I only make music for you and yours alike.
