For those who don't know me:

• I am Raquel, a consciousness facilitator, energy healer, mystic and artist (and many other things)

From a young age, I knew there was more to this world than what was visible. Fortunately, life gave me the blessing of having a mother who introduced me to spirituality when I was 9.

And, at 12 years young, alongside the traditional education, I was given the opportunity to begin studying at an oriental spiritual school most people my age had never heard of.... back then, I didn't know yet it would become my life.

There, I learned about energy work, ancient teachings, rituals......while being guided through my own life and inner journeys.

For many years, my spiritual life remained anonymous and hidden. I tried to fit into a conventional society, while my practice and service remained present every day, but were private and mostly unspoken.

• Apparently, life had other plans.

Eventually, "the call" became impossible to ignore, and I changed my life completely: I quit my job, got divorced, moved countries, changed my home many times, and devoted myself to my spiritual life.

And although I will always be a student, today I also guide others through their own journeys of remembrance: Releasing blockages, awakening consciousness, and restoring harmony.

If you're new here: this is a space to meet yourself in truth. To remember your wholeness, reclaim your power and remember who you are beyond conditioning.

• REMEMBER •

Our senses are being amplified, and our spiritual senses are awakening. We have so much more than just five senses; we are so much more than physical beings.

In this process, where we suddenly feel so much, life can become intense and overwhelming (even though we only receive what we can manage), so slowing down becomes fundamental.
Slowing down to feel, to observe, and to create time and space to get to know ourselves—to comprehend the subtle energies we can now perceive and feel.

•》We've been identifying with so many energies that are not ours, and now, with clarity, we can return to what is truly ours and recognize what is not.

We are in a transitional time that requires readjustments and "self-study." We will experience many pushes and pulls. Many situations and people will represent different energies that we need to transmute. The journey now is to be sovereign—no matter what, no matter whom. Stay faithful to your heart, to your values, and to your own energy. Continue respecting your energy without leaking, pleasing, or fitting in.

•》It is time to return to yourself, to embrace everything you are with confidence, humility, trust, and love. Your soul and heart are the only ones that know your way. Go back to them, trust in them, and stay committed to yourself.

DA ENERGIA À MATÉRIA
Começa numa frequência.
Depois, um pensamento.
Depois, uma emoção.
Depois, uma decisão.
Depois, um comportamento.
Depois, um hábito.
E depois, a tua realidade.

DO SUBTIL AO TANGÍVEL → Podemos compreender a manifestação através deste movimento entre o subtil e o concreto, o tangível: Os pensamentos encontram emoções, as emoções influenciam decisões e as decisões repetidas transformam-se em comportamentos e hábitos.

O nosso estado energético influencia os pensamentos que alimentamos… MAS O MOVIMENTO TAMBÉM ACONTECE NO SENTIDO INVERSO → Os nossos corpos, os espaços que habitamos, as nossas relações, comportamentos e hábitos influenciam, por sua vez, a nossa energia. É uma troca viva e contínua.

No entanto isto não significa que tudo o que nos acontece é criado por nós. Mas aquilo que cultivamos internamente influencia a forma como percepcionamos, escolhemos e agimos e, com o tempo, aquilo que começa a ganhar forma nas nossas vidas.

Assim… Cuidar da nossa energia significa trabalhar mais perto da origem, criando espaço para novas formas de sentir, escolher e viver. O que estás a nutrir dentro de ti que, pouco a pouco, começa a ganhar forma?

We’re finally awakening to the fact that true success is not measured by how much we achieve, but by how safe we feel in our bodies, how present we are in our lives, and how free we are to follow what makes us feel alive.

We’re slowly returning to ourselves and learning how to live in a new way. For this to happen, old ways need to fall and new structures need to rise. 🌀
